The service was okay. They were friendly and the guy who did mine was okay. The quality was not there, they used the same things for feet for hands. Sanitation isn't there with Jim, the guy who did my mani pedi. It has potential if there was a little bit more cleanliness to better the experience. Also better nail techs.

This salon has gone down hill in my opinion over the last several months. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have seen a decline of services. It seems the best employees were fired or left. I only get pedicure and it was not too good. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Q Nails Lounge knows how to give a quality mani/pedi. I visited with my sister and we were both impressed with the quality of mani/pedi as well as the staff's ability to tend to customer needs and requests. The only reason I did not give my experience a 5-star rating was the duration of my sister's manicure.My gel manicure and pedicure were clean and turned out beautifully. I bumped my nail on the sides of the gel machine a couple of times and my manicurist kindly cleaned up the effected nails. 1.5 weeks later my gel manicure is holding up great and the nail polish on my toes is intact. The salon provides beverages ranging from water to wine and has a relaxing atmosphere. You are not required to make a reservation at this salon and there is no expectation on how long your service can last, which means you can get in comfortably and enjoy your time at the salon without worrying about being rushed out. My mani/pedi was complete in just over an hour while my sister's took a total of almost 2.5 hours. It's important to consider that I came in with clean and unpainted nails, and asked for a simple/single-color mani/pedi while my sister required removal of old toe nail polish and the Gel-X tips she had on her fingernails, as well as curation of a special gel design on her fingernails. We thought she had been forgotten after her pedicure was complete and needed to ask the staff if they wouldn't mind helping with removal of the Gel-X tips on her nails so we could move along with the manicure service. The staff kindly and swiftly moved to assist with this.Despite the extended length of our visit to the nail salon I absolutely will be coming back. My sister and I went in with low expectations, given the 3.5-star rating I saw on Yelp, and left HIGHLY satisfied with the service. Thank you, Q Nails Lounge!

I have been 3 times now and have to say as far as quality and service they are up there as one of the best. They are large with a lot of employees.They give you a heavy restaurant menu with all these great fun pedicure options. 25.00 is basic pedi and 35.00 is with massage and that cheese grater thing. There is also a lot of pampering ones that I want to try.My Pedi paint has lasted and not chipped I have received 3 pedis 2 of them have been the best I have ever had 1 was mediocre but not bad. Just not to caliber of first two. What I like good massage chair with plastic liners in pedicure tub, so I don't feel like I got cooties from others.If Jessie is available grab her she is the absolute best and friendliest. This time I got the mani dip nails and the gentleman that did it was very friendly and listen to all of my requests. Day three they are holding up well. Also what I like is my friend has an issue with one of her nails and it was NO hassle to fix it. This does not happen at a lot of nail places. You usually get a smirk or a hassle.

Why am I just now finding Q Nails Lounge?! Why?! I used to live less than five minutes from this nail salon and I had never even noticed it, but I passed it just about every day.It's not the design or aesthetics that makes me love this place because they have room for improvement in those departments, it's actually the work they do and really that's all I care about when I go to a nail salon. I want to be comfortable during my trip, but the end result is the most important.I walked in on a Tuesday or Wednesday shortly after they had opened and was seen immediately. There was only one other customer when I arrived, but within the two hours I spent there the place filled up (two hours because I chose a very extensive pedi).I selected their coconut pedicure with a polish and a manicure. Both turned out perfect. Like I said the coconut pedicure was extensive, they got all the dead skin off and then massaged so many different things into my feet and legs... I'm pretty sure one of the things was yogurt. While there they offered complimentary drinks, but I just opted for a water since I still had some things to do after. My technician Ti was pleasant and worked quickly. Going forward I think I might just make my appointments with her.Everything about my trip here was very relaxing and I went home with exactly what I wanted. Oh and my feet still feel baby soft! I'll definitely be going back soon.

I think I must've waited over half an hour for them to start me because all the nail techs were busy when I arrived. Thankfully there wasn't anyone ahead of me or it would've been even longer. They were nice enough to let me sit at the pedicure chair with my feet soaking as I waited, but I suspect that was to make sure I didn't leave ;)I like that they use disposable liners in their foot bowls and the massage I received with the pedicure was great! He found a knot on my calf muscle and worked on it a bit which was nice. I wore a dress though and wish they would've given me a towel to drape over my knees like some other salons do. I kept having to tuck my long dress between my legs and under my thighs so it wouldn't fall in the water and that was a bit awkward.There was also no place to hang my purse when I got to the manicure table. Small little thing that's not a big deal but that would've been nice. They were fast and did a great job on my nails though. Fair prices too. Cleanliness just ok, could've been a bit better. I will definitely give them another try, but maybe during the week next time so I hopefully won't have to wait as long.

Great pedicure this afternoon at Q Nails. Under new management. Really clean, nice ambiance. Linda and Roy are excellent and do a great job. Definitely going back!

Excellent work and service!! I highly recommend. Roy and Linda did great job!! Open on Sundays, clean and very friendly.

They always say they can take us and then we wait a long time. The people are nice and do a descent job, it is just a long commitment of time I do not have.

Love this place, love the owners! They work very hard to keep customers happy. I am no easy client, can't sit still , but they always seem to effortlessly make my hands and feet beautiful. And with a smile. Highly recommend!!
