Q Nails

I went in for a manicure and pedicure as a walk-in. After being escorted to a spa chair by the host, I waited about 7-10 minutes for someone to serve me. The wait was fine but it was then that I noticed how unkempt the place was. There was debris on the floor, the table attached to the chair was stained, the manicure stations were dusty and cluttered w old food and drink bottles and wrappers. I also watched a staff member eating a meal in plain sight as I waited for service. Just not a good look. I did see really good handwashing among the staff and the instruments they used came out of sealed packaging.

Thanks again Dana for being a rockstar!! You always deliver on my design choices. Although this location is over an hour away from my house I love being able to get over here for affordable, beautiful and wonderful quality!!!

The waiting time with appointment was long, the male person that was doing my pedi pulled a skin that hurt a bit. I asked to put some alcohol, he said it was not needed because it did not bleed. After a couple of days I got an infection during my trip. I will not come back.

Very detail-oriented and careful pedicure. She did not rush through like at other places I've been. I will definitely return.

5 stars. My coffin shaped ombre nails are gorgeous ! My daughter's gel nails are beautifully shaped. Coming back to get my 4th of july nails!

Went in for a pedicure with my sister. They were very fast so not relaxing at all. They didn't trim my nails at all and it hurt when they pushed back my cuticles but didn't trim them either. Very short massage and the Polish what clumpy and she smeared one and didn't fix it. And I felt like they were in a rush to get us out the door. The polish came off in two days. We were there for less then 30 mins total. I am a licensed nail tech, I have had bad pedicure before but this one sucked. My sister didn't enjoy it at all. It was a waste of time and money.

Staff was friendly but the salon was very dirty. Didn't offer anything to drink.Price for upgrade for gel was 20.00 seems a bit steep.

Unfriendly, rushed service, didn't even push/ cut cuticles, gel manicure looks like it is a week old. Will never go back no matter how inexpensive

This is just bad. Came for a refill & you can literally see through the nail. Not to mention the lumpy shape & uncolored sides of my nails. WHERE DID DESTINY GO - need to find her

Mani Pedi. I got the guy the young guy. I don't usually like men techs in the nail salon, but I needed a mani-pedi bad. He was really rough. For instance, when he was filing my toenails, the edge of the file was hurting the tip of my toes. But my feet are tough so I let it go. But when he got to the Manny and he was nipping the cuticles I had a little sore spot on my cuticle from where I had been picking it. When I yanked my hand away he was like what's the matter? I didn't touch it. Why are you doing that? And I was telling him why and he got all bowed up and had an attitude and I was like hey dude chill the f*** out. So he got up and like threw his hands up. Like maybe he was going to punch me or slap me. I'm not sure. I work in transportation. I work with assholes all the time and this guy has the energy of a rapist and a misogynist. I was just trying to ease into my Saturday morning and then I get traumatized at the nail salon by some big young a****** so no I don't think I'll be back
