If I could give more stars, I would! AMAZING service! We were driving a super heavy box truck cross country when we blew a tire on the I-10. We found this place online & spoke with the owner Tom (who was incredibly nice & helpful) and immediately dispatched Chris out to our location. Once he got here, Chris went above & beyond! He did absolutely everything he could think to help fix the blown tire. In the end, the poor guy ended up having to go back to his shop to get 2 more jacks & then come back but he NEVER once was rude. Chris handled everything so professionally & provided us with such amazing customer service. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I had a blow out and although Dan was offsite he arrived promptly when he said, was extremely courteous, and took care of me in an efficient manner with a fair rate on a late night. Very grateful for the service he provided.

Canceled a job on us as we couldn't come to reasonable terms and then he wouldn't let us talk to try and work it out.

Our truck got a flat traveling just past Lordsburg, New Mexico. It happened after most repair shops closed and while waiting for the tow truck to get here we called this business. Tommy was the gentleman with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE who did his utmost to get us the tire size we needed. The only reason we did not purchase the tire through him was the fact he did not have it in stock. Tommy called around to different places for us and located the right size. Customer service like this is almost unheard of and anytime I drive through Lordsburg again I will definitely promote Tommy's service! Don't ever get frustrated with other shops in Lordsburg just call Pyramid and you'll be taken care of.
