Pumping Ink Tattoo

This 5 start Review is strictly for Sal! Just the fact that I have not seen the other tattoo artists work and the person who did my boyfriends tattoo, was a very big disappointment and a rip off. I literally don't know how this guy has a job at a tattoo shop, very horrible job. do your research on the artist first, we trusted on the shop's recommendation but not we have to get his tattoo fixed. Tattoo artist (Jacob) -- I wouldn't give him a full 1 star. As for Sal, his work is phenomenal. My plan was to start on my right arm to create a horror sleeve. The front recommended Sal because he does great horror art. They weren't lying. He took his time and he was very precise. He definitely dedicated all his hard work on my arm. There he did it, tattooing the perfect silent nurse. I am so in love with it. Proud of my horror piece. Sal is the man to go to.

I went to the artist Vegas and this tattoo faded as it healed. Wasn't deep enough to hold ink. I tried reaching out to the artist and he never answered me back about fixing it. Horrible retention and service.

Great staff and artistic skill all around. I heard that this was the best place in El Paso and surrounding areas to get a tattoo, so my friend and I went there. Lo and behold, we ended up going three days in a row to finish our tattoos. My artist, Meteor, was excellent as a professional and as a skilled artist. My only complaint is that I didn't realize that I had sensitive skin, so I ended up with an allergic reaction to the ink. I ended up putting Neosporin on it and it's slowly healing. I know that technically it's not Meteor's fault, but I wish I had a bit of advice on what to do when confronted with this, other than the paper slip of directions that they handed me. Will definitely come back, and hopefully use another type of ink for sensitive skin.

Definitely give a 5 star here. Staff friendly and professional. Sal is cool and did an awesome job. The shop is really cool too and extremely clean. Definitely recommend and will be going back for more!

I cannot day enough good things about this shop. I was looking to get my infants ears pierced (she is 2 months old) and knew I wanted to take her to a piercing studio based on research I had done. No way I wanted to take her to a 17 year old in the mall using a piercing gun. Anyways, I called ahead, they let me know they could see us, and the price was very reasonable for a studio. The shop was very clean, the staff was super friendly, the front desk girl was being trained on proper procedures and they made sure they took all the proper info for consent. Meteor did my daughters piercing (even though he didn't want to hurt her lol) and he was fantastic! Great placement, empathetic, very friendly, and even smiled for a pic for my mother in law ha! I highly recommend pumping ink and if you need work done make sure you reach out to them!

I was in town for only a couple days, called Pumping Ink ahead of time and they said they would be able to tattoo my friend and I as walk ins. We walked in and we were helped immediately and were being tattooed within the hour. Sal was a cool host and a great artist. Traditional style is his thing and he DID IT! I am absolutely in love with my traditional style pineapple cover up. Would definitely recommend.

I went in to get a piercing. The piercer who goes by the name "Vegas" pierced me without even disinfecting the area. I was honestly so shocked.. The owners are rude and don't care about their customers safety. I highly recommend no one goes here!

My friend and I went to get our nipples pierced, the piercer didn't mark either of our nipples first or make sure it was straight before he put the needle in. We were both in and out in 5 minutes. He didn't sanitize our skin before he started or clean the area afterwards. Both our piercings are crooked and one isn't even deep enough in my friends nipple, you can see the bar through it. We left and she had blood dripping all the way to her belly button.

Took my nephew to get his ears pierced and they were very friendly and took good care of us. Very nice and clean

They overcharge and take advantage of new customers/fort bliss soldiers...Wouldn't recommend
