EVERY WOMAN SHOULD TAKE THEIR CAR HERE........EXCELLLENT SERVICE! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. AS A WOMAN, I REALLY LOVED WORKING WITH TIFFANY MENEFEE, SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS KEPT ME INFORMED. NOT A SINGLE REPAIR WAS TAKEN WITHOUT MY APPROVAL OF THE EXPENSE. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! I had looked at reviews after my accident and based on their Google reviews I chose Pronto Body Shop. I recently had my white Ford Focus towed to their shop in August 2024. Laura was really nice and got the paperwork started. Unfortunately, my insurance decided to total the car based on its age. I decided to go ahead and work on the vehicle instead of releasing it to the insurance and having the car junked. I proceeded working with the manager, Tiffany Menefee, who truly made me feel like she understood my financial situation. I was given two estimates, one to make the car drivable and the other for cosmetic repairs to the vehicle. This was done so that I could determine financially whether I could proceed to the next step. They were careful to select salvaged mechanical parts that were in good condition to keep my expenses low. They also worked in stages by first addressing the mechanics and drivability. They did not want to remove any of the damaged fiberglass paneling incase I could not financially proceed to the estimate for body work because it would have been impossible to get the fiberglass panels back on due to them being bent out of shape. They worked methodically to ensure that I did not exceed the mechanical drivability estimate, not only did they not exceed the estimate they had provided but the total actually fell under the estimate. This is how businesses should be run! No surprise overages where you feel taken advantage of. Because of their dedication to details and constant communication to verify any changes or charges I was able to proceed with the additional body work. Everything together was still under the estimates I was initially quoted and the work was excellent. As a woman, I have been made to feel ignorant by some mechanics when I have struggled to ask technical or mechanical questions. I have felt their impatience with my lack of knowledge. However, I was never made to feel that way by Mrs. Menefee. She went over every detail step by step. Every question was thoroughly explained in a way that I could understand. As a previous insurance adjuster, she explained how to proceed with my insurance and the process of obtaining a salvage title. I felt like she treated me like she would have treated a family member. She was patient, understanding and walked me through the whole process. I could not say enough good things about her or Pronto Body Shop. As long as she is there I will continue to take my cars there.

I am no mechanic and don't claim to be one. But Javier took care of me in what I thought would be a tough (expensive) job. He quickly replaced a missing part on my car for no cost (I had the part). We talked about another area I want to fix and I plan to come back to get more work done on my BMW.Excellent and quality service from Javier and Tiffany!

Nov 2019 I was in an accident, my insurance gave me the option to look for my own body shop. I saw all the amazing reviews that Pronto Body Shop had and it's where I choose to proceed. When I took my car in they gave me an estimate how long they'd take etc. After about three weeks they called me told me my car was ready, it look spectacular! But, my bumper wasn't really aligned, and there was a nasty ding on the side of my door. I take care of my car like no other I know every ding and scratch it has. So I immediately let her know the issue she said my bumper they can redo but they swore up and down that ding on my car was there prior. I asked her to show my pictures of my before car because she said she can show me sure enough the ding was there, she even sent me an email which I still have. BUT, i mentioned it to my insurance who took pictures prior to my car getting service and the ding was in fact NOT there. The email she sent me the date listed the photos were taken was 12/18/2019 and my insurance date was 12/19/2019. I do think they changed date/time but I wouldn't know. Anyways, There was a dark colored vehicle next to my car on their lot with photos provided by my insurance and it matched to the ding on my car. They were not happy about it but fixed my car. Fast forward to 2022 my husband and I took my car to another shop to get some scratches painted they offered to take my bumper out so they can do a better job painting it and fixing some scratches it had and I agreed. After further inspection they told me that whoever I had taken my car too really messed up my car. This isn't the first time I've heard this, as I get frequent oil changes and maintenance in my car everyone who opens my hood tells me the same thing. My car is very rusted, it had makeshift bolts holding parts together, and instead of fixing things they hammered the crap out of my car. I have photos of everything. I am very upset with Pronto since the moment we walked in, I really wish I had never continued to get service here. I am now stuck with a damaged car nobody wants to work on, and mind you it's a 2017 Corolla. I am so disappointed.

Someone in my household got into a collision. They were responsive from the beginning and helped with any question regarding the claim or the process. A really great local buisness.

No question about it, the BEST experience in auto body repairs I've ever had!Professional, helpful, excellent communication, complimentary Uber and beautiful work.

Got a response quickly asking some basic questions but then the communication abruptly stopped. I decided to go elsewhere.

This is the 2nd time that we used their services. Tiffany took very good care of us both times. She even took care of all the insurance paperwork. Excellent and very profesional staff my truck came out brand spanking like new.

I found this Body shop after the November 2016 hailstorm that hit El Paso. Ms Tiffany is very knowledgeable in the insurance industry and is very helpful on getting you back on the road. Unlike other shops in town they are honest in their work and they will let you know if your car can be fixed or not. They do quality work and if you follow their FB or IG they put out a lot of useful info on the process on handling a claim etc.

Great customer service , amazing work ! Pronto body shop made it very easy to receive a quote and they even pre ordered my parts and painted them prior to my arrival so I could still drive vehicle as needed! All work was put on all in a days worth ! Definitely recommend!

The office staff is amazing! They followed up with the insurance company when the insurance company was unresponsive. The car looks beautiful!
