Professional Plumbing

Called Beto over the weekend to help repair a broken shutoff valve under the bathroom sink and install a new faucet. He didn't respond to the Yelp Quote Request so I called on Sunday, scheduling later an appointment the following day. I called on Monday to confirm we were still good for the afternoon slot but he said they were running late and asked to reschedule to the next day. Next day he texted me about an hour earlier than anticipated to say they were headed over; not a big deal as we were available. He and his crew were professional, quick, listened to concerns and finished the job, cleaning up the area to spotless condition. They did exactly what needed doing and did it well. So scheduling was not a strong suit for them but they did the job well, which is really what you want in a plumber. Thank you Beto!

I made an appointment, and they never showed up. They didn't call or text to say they weren't coming or to reschedule, very unprofessional!Response to comment:This was my communication with the company. All they said was "running behind schedule." And I never heard from them again. No calls or texts!See picture.

I contacted Professional Plumbing for an inspection on a remodeled house my husband and I were looking to buy. Beto was very punctual, reliable, & was able to fit us in last minute! He gave us an honest review, estimates, pointed out things that they cut corners on, & was able to spot things the General Inspector missed. Getting a specialized inspection definitely saved us from buying a home we were about to overpay for! Thank you Beto & Professional plumbing!

I'm sorry to say it but I wasn't impressed with Professional Plumbing. I don't feel like they were as professional as they could've been. The man I spoke to said he would show up between 11 and 1 the next day. He showed up at around 4! I was feeling under the weather so I almost asked him not to even show up when he finally called. No apologies or anything for reaching out so much later.I thought he was going to fix our toilet but unfortunately he wasn't able to. He used the snake tool and wasn't able to do anything. We had already done that before and it didn't work. He charged me $150 for this! He said he could remove the toilet to see if anything was under it for $600. Seriously?? The toilet isn't even worth that! We've removed toilets in the past so I guess we'll have to do this again. Between getting ready to remodel the house and waiting for company from out of town, this isn't what I wanted to deal with on a Friday afternoon.After reading all of the positive Yelp reviews about Professional Plumbing, I expected a better experience. I can't recommend Professional Plumbing. I like the name of their business but that's about it. I'm disappointed with this transaction!

I've used them twice for a clogged kitchen sink. Each time they've been quick to respond and have offered fast, reliable service. I will definitely continue to use and recommend their services!

They responded promptly when I asked them for a quote. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time and performed their job promptly as the workmanship was that of someone that knew what he was doing. You could tell they had many years of experience. If you are looking for a good plumber look no further. Will use these guys again. -RB

No job is too small or too big for this plumbing company. They are reliable and dependable!! Expensive and poor quality work. Did not solve the main issue & did not adjust valve correctly. Had to call Jeff's West Side Plumbing to fix our toilet correctly.

This company charges 50 to 90 more just for a service call. They were late by 30 minutes. I was told there was no block, just construction issues in the neighborhood. I had to call another plumber that unblocked my sink with a snake. There was so much hair, it was still on the snake. Never again!!!

The team responded promptly to my plumbing issue. Reasonable prices. Great job. My refrigerator is working again.
