I wanted the sign up in time for Labor Day weekend: Monday Sept 2nd. A total of 5 days. On Friday the 30th, no post. On Saturday, our first open house, still no sign. Realtor calls and the owner says he wont be able to get the sign up until Tuesday cause MONDAY IS LABOR DAY. I built my own sign. Im a 64 yro woman and an L Post is not hard. I dug a hole and have a sign up bam!So here it is Tuesday, and I call my realtor and he says Let me call. I'll keep you on the line. So Im on the line talking to Danny, and he starts giving me an excuse about a gas line. I dont want to hear excuses. Will you be here by Close of Business today? Because it's been 6 days and I need a sign. Danny responds "Did you order it? I only deal with the person that ordered from us!" Well, it's my property so yes, I ordered it. "As a matter of fact, Im gonna start a sign business cause it aint that hard." "Are you threatening me?" "If you consider business competition a threat?" He tells my realtor he'll only talk to him.About 20 mins later, realtor calls back and says theyre going to install the post today but you cant be antagonizing the crew that shows up. Basically, "que no salga a buscarles pleito." Its my property (until it sells), and its still America and Ill be damned if anyone tells me to stay inside. So I cancelled the post. Painting the one I made and I guarantee it's gonna be a bigger blessing. Dont do business with these people. They're resentful and will bully you by playing the victim. Like you treat them bad for expecting the bare minimum in customer service.

We're starting a new business in a El Paso and we came here to get an estimate to get training manuals printed. The person helping this was not very friendly at all. he took down our information on how we wanted the training manuals printed out and he said he would give us a call back and never did.

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE BEWARE!! I came to print it to get a picture printed on a poster So I went and picked it up the following week . The image looked good initially when I went into the office to pick it up. Unfortunately the lights were also off in the business and it was cloudy outside. I wanted to get my poster framed so I took it to another business. I put the poster in my back car seat face up where I had nothing and went straight to get it framed. Upon taking it straight out of my car and into the frame shop the representative and I saw that the glare of the poster had been scratched by some sort of a rag. The scratch ran across the surface but It didn't affect the image other than when you shine light on it. And it looked bad. Seeing as how this poster was going to be expensive to frame I figured I would call the owner of post it to see what could be done. Upon calling I was met with the most disrespectful customer service I've ever received. He proceeded to tell me "You're crazy you saw the image when you picked it up and if anything happened it was because of you". Belligerently yelling at me and telling me he would not replace it for free, even though I hadn't even asked for that. I simply let him know that this kind of customer service speaks volumes for his work. Clearly there is also already negative reviews From other customers ranging from Google to Facebook for him being rude and unprofessional to his customers. Beware if you're considering coming here. The customer service you will receive IS NOT understanding or accommodating.

Our first order of business cards came out great but the overall time frame was not effective. We had to reach out multiple times in order to verify the cards were being made. The second time we came in for a re-print of our cards, we wanted the exact same card, postcard size; and the front desk gentleman wasn't jotting any of the information down or the signs we ordered. I tried to email about the potential time frame of the job being finished and would not receive word unless I called them a week later. When we came in to pick up the incorrect sized cards, we had to remind them of the signs we wanted ordered because they forgot the size we wanted. I cancelled the order and the gentleman called us to find out what the issue was about the cancellation. After I explained why, he rudely blamed us for not sending the email of the image desired, to which he did not check his. When he saw we sent the image a week before that conversation, he tried to push past the issue without the apology for the mistakes of the wrong card size and forgetting to check his email. He asked us if we would like to have them done today and we politely said no because it very unprofessional/disorganized. They do a great job of printing but their accountability, organization and communication needs ALOT of work. Fix the issues and we would gladly would return.
