Don't replace anything with them. My phone had a cracked screen i replaced it here and now my iPhone 11 Pro Max doesn't work. I brought it in and the warranty of 30 day was over by 2 days and they offer to replace it for $99 they open it and supposedly nothing was lose. Poor customer service on top of that. This place deserves zero stars

I went to fix a cracked screen and charging port and they messed up my phone. Don't go there!! My touch screen and home button are all messed up.

I took my husband's watch to be repaired(cracked screen). The Apple watch no longer works. When I reached out to the manager, I was told that I would have to pay an additional amount because it was past the 30 days. We were out of town and I explained that I would be back within 2 days of the 30 day warranty. I paid over 200 dollars to have the watch repaired. I am very disappointed that this establishment would not work with me to get the watch working again. I would not recommend Premier Wireless!!

I bought a battery for my cell phone at the Montana store, Juan, an employee, broke my phone while installing the battery. He refused to pay for the phone and wanted to reimburse me only for the battery. Of course, I said no, he promised to get my phone fixed in 3 to 4 days. On day 4 he claimed the parts he ordered had not been received but promised the phone will be fix in another 4 days. It's been 9 days; Juan is never available nor is his supervisor, Guillermo. I called the company's other store and after talking to numerous employees finally talked to Ruben, who claims he is a supervisor and he said the phone is unrepairable, so they order a similar phone, but again we have to wait another 8 days. He refused tell when the phone was order and refused to pay for the damaged phone (which his employee broke), he also refused to give me upper management contact number and to provide me with the company's business license number. On top of everything he was extremely rude.
