So, let's talk about this place real quick. I don't think it deserves all the hate it gets; particularly from over zealous customers who base their ratings on one single experience. Meanwhile, I've been to this place at least a few times and feel more apt to discuss what works and what doesn't.First of all, their pricing seems very fair. Especially considering I called a different cell phone repair shop up the street (which is frickin impossible to find, btw) and they quoted a battery replacement job would be $25 if I brought in my own part. Premier on the other hand, replaced a battery plus a full screen assembly all for the low, low price of $35. Both the parts were mine.Many moons ago, we had to replace my son's screen on his old iPhone 7 for $80, sans part. I'm not sure how it would rate now, since prices fluctuate depending on the latest iPhone models and all that. But I would imagine if you have an older model cell phone, the repair cost will be cheap. I'd recommend purchasing your parts on Amazon ahead of time, as they tend to be cheaper there.The main thing this place probably needs to work on is their front desk service. That poor girl has to work the customer line all by herself and it takes ages! I mean, the place is fine when you're the only customer in the store. Get more than 3 people in there and you're gonna be around for a while. It says a lot if I have to wait 15 minutes just to pick up a phone.Anywho, it seems previous customers don't know what a middle ground is. Because that's where I'd rank this place. While they're not exactly the speediest when it comes to customer service, their turn-around time for repairs is usually 1 hour, which is pretty damn good. They even have free in-store WiFi. I'd give Premier Wireless 3 sparkling clear and uncracked iPhone 7 screens out of 5.

Avoid this place at all cost. I took an iPhone for a battery replacement and they end it up doing an awful job. Battery lasted less than 2 months. I feel robbed!!!

"If you're calling a 3rd party place, you're gonna get a 3rd party screen" WELL OTHER PLACES HAVE BEEN QUOTING ME BOTH AFTERMARKET AND APPLE BRAND SCREENS so that's why I asked if it was aftermarket or Apple. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. They offer a $10 off if you leave a 5 star rating review, & perhaps that's why they have what may appear "great" rating. However, I completely disagree. I had gone in because my co-worker got her screen fixed here for a good price, & she recommended I go in since I needed to fix my screen as well. I paid $60, which is by far less than the Apple Store, so I was happy about that. I had to sign a form simply acknowledging that they would work on my phone, and had to sign in and leave my name and number. I got my phone back in a matter of 30 minutes, but when I received it the sensitivity of my screen was EVERYWHERE. Either apps wouldn't open/close no matter how much I pressed on my screen, or an app would close, a wrong message was typed, a text would be deleted despite me not touching my screen. I called immediately to check if I could get that fixed, and the girl said I could go in anytime within 30 days of the transaction. I had gone in a Wednesday, & went back a Friday morning. When I showed up, I demonstrated what was going on and she said that I was right and they would fix it. However, when I told her I didn't have my receipt she said I wouldn't get any service. I asked why not & she simply said that it was because I didn't have my receipt. I asked if there was anything I could do since I didn't have my receipt anymore, or if I could speak to the owner she said no again. She said she would call him but left to the back for about 10 seconds and said I wasn't getting any service. I told her that they had my information for proof that I had paid for the screen and she had the audacity to say she didn't remember because they had "a lot of customers" right after she had said she knew she had helped me. I then told her they could use the camera they had in the front for proof that I had gone. She said they needed a barcode, which I still don't understand HOW that's an issue, as if they report each and every single one screen to a certain company. I then asked if for this exact reason I could speak to a supervisor or the owner and she said that they would tell me the same thing. She then proceeded to tell me she could give me a discount if I purchased a new screen AGAIN just two days after I had paid for a new one. I said I wouldn't pay again because it had been their malfunction, not mine and I should have left my screen broken because at least then it worked. She insisted I needed a receipt, later went to the back for a bit and came back to tell me that they would fix it. She was annoyed and told me to write my name down on a yellow sticky note with a number they could reach me at. I did that and left. I went back for my phone a couple of hours later, the screen worked better than the first time, but it is STILL malfunctioning. Some keys won't work despite me pressing on them several times, and the typing is very slow. I don't understand how after two screens, and two times, this is still happening. What made me the most upset was that we had to argue in order for her to give me good service, despite it being horrendous. I don't like complaining, and I've only written two other bad reviews in my life because I know what it's like to work customer service and deal with extremely rude customers, but I had an extremely unpleasant experience, and hope anyone else thinking about going here will be swayed by my review and think twice. I didnt wake up this morning thinking I would go somewhere to bicker with an employee, I don't know whether she may be going through any troubles in her life which is another reason why I felt bad about bickering because I would hate to ruin someone's day by making them feel shitty or making them angry, but she isn't aware about how my life is going either way and she definetely ruined my day. I hate to be "that" customer, but this is by far one of the worst experiences I've had. I wasted my money because I could have used that to simply go to the Apple Store, I don't care if I would have had to pay $150+. But you get what you pay for. I would also like to include that they deleted my google review.

!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!! Screen on cell phone stopped working Tuesday. They diagnosed it. Ordered part. The part ordered came in Thursday but it was broken. Told I would have to wait til Saturday. Spoke to 2 gentlemen on the phone and both seemed sincerely apologetic. One was Guillermo whom I asked information about where they order the parts, so I can speak to them directly as to why broken parts were sent out in the first place. He let me know that information can't be disclosed. Completely understandable and well aware this is out of their control. But because manufacturer information can't be given out I guess they'll get the bad review. Be sure to expect not having your phone for longer than you wanted when you repair your phone here. I'll update my review once my phone is received.*Update: The part came in broken... Again. Because of the horrible quality of parts from their provider, they in turn are a horrible service. Still waiting for my phone. Fully expecting the next part to come in broken as well. Will update when I finally get my phone.**Update: Phone seemed fine. Checked front camera to make sure it worked because it was the screen that was damaged. It was fine. Did not need normal camera til days later but phone says camera is unavailable. They installed my screen and now my camera doesn't work. One problem after another with this business. I was going to go back and see what they could do but Ive learned my lesson. I'd probably have to wait for more broken parts to come in. I'll deal with the camera issue somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

They do not even warrant a 1 star. Custom service is a mess. No status update on device. Order defective parts. Device came undone after I try to use it. Person at counter tried to explain their company policy and was not listening to me. Asked for my device and they gave it to me with the defective part. Asked for the original and finally got it. They lost the original receipt and didn't even try to look for it. Do not give them your business.
