Visited Cell Phone Repair, Premier Wireless after I dropped my cell phone in water and even thou the cell phone was supposed to be water proof within hours it started acting up and fully shut down. Visited on a Sunday around noon. They explained the prices $26 for diagnostic and of all I needed was to change the screen it would be $110 for which the $26 don't apply to without warranty because of water damage.My phone was ready in less than 2 hours and I was extremely pleased. Once I picked up my phone they gave me a special of an Otterbox case with a screen shield for $50. I was pleased with their quick turnaround and professionalism.

Took my phone to Esmeralda for a repair. Customer service was great, prices were great, and she had it done super quick! Definitely coming back and recommending this place.

The people up front were friendly. But my issue was when I had them fix my iPhone 6 charger port they damaged the screen... it has a big white dot on the LCD... I called and am going in tomorrow to see if they will refund/ fix it free.

Recently went in to get my shattered iPhone 6s Plus screen fixed and I have to say it was amazing service all around. From friendly service, great prices, great deals and discounts, to fast and complete work! Jaime did a great job, my phone is looking brand new within 30 mins and I walked out of there with a new tempered glass screen protector and case all for a great price! Hopefully I won't break my phone anything soon but if i do I'll definitely be back! Definitely will recommend this place to my friends and to ask for Jaime! Thank you !!

Ceasar was super fast and was told that there was a couple people in front of me. thinking that this meant i might not get it till tomorrow, like in my previous experience with another company, i asked and was surprised to hear in an hour or so. the proof is in the pudding, right? so i waited back home expecting the same treatment as before and i was surprised but he kept his word. it was a little over an hour. outstanding work!

I will NEVER use this place again! They say the phones will be ready in 3 days, 3 days pass you pick up the phone and it still doesn't work. They are quick to charge you but can't fix what they say they'll fix. And it's happened with 2 phones! NEVER AGAIN! It's been 9 days and still nothing....

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.I took my perfectly working iPad to get my screen replaced. Everything was working fine except the screen was cracked. They did not have any screens for my iPad so I had to order a new one and pay for all screen and replacement costs up front. One week later, they told me that the screen they ordered was defective and they had to order a new one. Another week went by and they told me I had to now order a new part to replace the screen and again pay for all costs upfront. Another week went by and they said they had to order both parts again because they were both defective. After a month, they told me that they were unable to replace the screen because my iPad was no longer working. They then asked me to take a now defective iPad that does not even turn on, with a cracked screen, because they could not get it to work. They offered to refund my money but they were unable to do anything about my now defective iPad that they broke.

I recently had my iPhone 6 screen and battery replaced, I was told it has a 30 day warranty and if anything happened to it they would replace it. The screen was not installed properly and was lifting up away from the phone at the top by the earpiece. The light could be seen coming through between the screen and the frame. My screen cracked after a day and when I showed them that the screen was separated from the phone they told me my warranty was void because of the crack. And they wanted to charge me again to replace it. The staff said they didn't know when the manager would ever be there and to try coming back the following week and maybe the manager would be there. I recommend not doing business with these people.
