This is the only Uniform store that actually helped us! We did not feel hounded or bothered by the employees like when you're shopping on post. They actually had small enough combat boots (Size women's 5).They had supplies for all careers from postal to security guard they gave everything.They also well tailor something if you need to corrected. The staff is friendly and always free to help you. Great prices too

My husband went to purchase uniforms today at this store. The rude woman working there told him they didn't have a certain shirt in the size he was looking for without even checking, and he found a number of them browsing on his own. She then followed him around the store as if he would be shoplifting his work uniforms, obviously not making an attempt to provide good customer service since she lied about not having certain items that were available on the sales floor.He made the decision not to spend nearly $500 on uniforms in this store today because of the way he was treated by this employee of the store. His business went to another company because he didn't feel like he needed to tolerate poor treatment in order to get his uniforms. And he's absolutely right.Note to management and employees of this store-you're not the only option for uniforms. Treating customers poorly will lose you business. Today a specific employee made a decision to be rude and unhelpful to a customer looking to spend quite a bit of money, and whatever the reason for that was, this store lost a customer because of that employee's unprofessional behavior.

Great store.. but do not carry ammo at all.. would be nice if they updated their listing.. stating so。

This place is great. Hard to find products, great prices, and an entire 5.11 Tactical section. Will be returning.

Went in to buy some boots and their staff was extremely helpful. They stayed with me the whole time and brought me several different boots to try and were very knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of products and brands to choose from and they are reasonably priced. They also take care of alterations here so it'd a one - stop - shop.

we keep calling and sending emails about our order. All we have been given is empty promises. More than half our order is still missing. How long is two long to wait? We have been waiting since the beginning of February.

The only reason it got one star is there isn't one for negatives. Absolutely no customer service! Ordered shirts and jackets in Sept, and was told two weeks. After no word for over a month, they said that they had lost the order, so we placed the order again in early November. Once again was told two weeks. Finally, right before Christmas, they called, said the order was ready and asked once again how we wanted them done. We told them for the fourth time what we wanted on them, and the next week, went to pick them up after being told they were ready. When I went to pick them up, the jackets were still in the shipping bags, nothing had been done to them, and we were told that they didn't have the shirts yet! After complaining to the manager, Hector, they found them in the embroidery section, but they hadn't been done yet. Hector then gave me his word that they would be done immediately, and sent to us by the end of the next week. When I didnt get it, I called, and was once again told that the shirts wernt in. I asked to speak to Hector, called three times but he was always on the phone. Gave them my number to have him call me, and 8 hours later, still no call. As I was spending about $1200 to $1500 a year there, they have now lost that money, as I have checked out 24/7, and at least they will order the stuff you need, and have it within 3 weeks.
