Precious dog grooming

Love this place! My normal dog grooming place no longer takes appointments on Saturdays and looked for a walk-in place. Fantastic customer service, groomer/owner has a clear understanding and thorough knowledge of her craft. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my dogs there and definitely will be using Precious grooming again. My dogs came back looking great and happy. They didn't seem to be scared or anxious when they were handed back to me. Affordable and a lot definitely worth it!

THIS IS A TALENTED GROOMER! I was extremely impressed. I brought two matted poodle mixes that had been found as strays to Precious Dog Grooming. WOW! I could not believe the before and after. These dogs were transformed and looked amazing. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a groomer. I highly recommend Precious Dog Groomer if you are in El Paso.

This place is no longer in service. We were looking for a place to take our little Pomeranian to get groomed for the first time and we thought this might be a good place. Unfortunately, when we arrived the place was completely empty and there was nothing there but a sign on the door. All the sign read was that they could still be of service and they left a number to reach them. Pretty shady to me...

I hate that you still have to give at least one star because they do not deserve it. This place use to be great in the beginning but with time and I guess new employees it's a very dangerous place for your dear one. My little Yorkie got injured there, they grabbed her from a hind leg to prevent her from falling from the table , which shouldn't happened if they were professionals, and end it up tearing up her knee ligaments and she now needs surgery, they won't even acknowledge there wrong doing

This is my go to groomer for my dogs. They come out looking like show dog and I do not pay a king's ransom. The only reason I am giving it a five is because one of my dogs had razor burns. Hopefully, this was a one time occurrence.
