We had a technician come and put in the wrong outlet. They immediately sent out a more experienced electrician and fixed the issue right away. The owner and Mary were so helpful and gave us great customer service.

My 91 year old mothers 50 year old bathroom fan and heater stopped working. Mr. Soto was very efficient in repairing it and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use his company again and recommend him to all.

These guys were great! Quick to respond to me via Yelp. I had an estimate within a few days and the electrical work was completed in a timely manner. Many of the electricians I contacted did not respond to my inquiries for an estimate or wouldn't come to my house during the COVID-19 crisis! Great professional service no doubt! I've called them 3 times in less than a year, and they did a superb job every time. Very punctual and friendly too. The installation of the electrical receptacles and switch on our pergola was outstanding. The Electricians were exceptional in their work and you could see the pride in their work. Robert and his technicians have provided outstanding electrical work to our household several times now. From larger projects such as installing a new drop poll, upgrading the amperage service of our main breaker, wiring new circuits, to smaller ones such as installing bathroom fans and light fixtures, creating new power outlets, converting to GFCIs, weatherproofing, etc. He also did outstanding work on a large project with a HVAC contractor I hired separately.For some reason, it is really difficult to find a contractor in El Paso who meets all of the following criteria: skilled, reliable, honest, thorough, responsive, professional. Robert is ALL of those, and has always delivered as promised. He also has a very professional presence; he and his guys are always uniformed, he always issues an invoice, he is licensed/bonded/insured, and there is very clearly a business being run, which is very reassuring. Once or twice I had a very minor concern and he addressed it immediately to my satisfaction.I trust them to let themselves into my home, even if I'm not there.
