Terrible customer service. I walked in, and the woman behind the counter was on her phone texting. She barely looked up and could not be bothered to ask what I needed.Someone else, who was performing a manicure yelled across the room asking what I needed.When I told them that I wanted two pedicures, nothing seemed to happen.Then a lady from the other side of the establishment yelled at me to come over for a pedicure.The whole time, the woman behind the counter, in front of me, was turned away still texting on her phone, pretending I wasn't there.Needless to say, this did not make me feel welcome so I left,Also, the smell of acetone was incredibly strong in the whole place, and just being there for five minutes during this interaction started to give me a headache,Not sure what the quality of the nail service is, but I did not wait to find out and be disappointed,

Have had a full set on plus a pedi from them for about 4 days now and you would think I haven't had them done in about 4-6 weeks. Pedicure immediately started peeling and my GEL nails have been peeling off the color, plus a nail just broke. I paid $115 for both and would never come back unfortunately. I don't mind paying money for quality work but not when they come out looking like this 4 days later. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the staff was super nice and the pedi massage was nice.

In town for the day .Found this place and so glad I did .I came in with nail inspo pics and They nailed it Definitely a great start to my week .Full set with artNice Relaxing pedicure. I think I found my reason to make a trip to El Paso for self care

Was hoping to find a clean, quality nail salon with skilled technicians near me to frequent but the quality of the work has come up short a few times now for the higher prices. There was a foul odor coming from the drainage area behind each pedicure chair. I noticed mold growing in the drains where the odor was coming from. I've rarely received true quality service from a male nail technician, they always seem too hurried and pay little attention to the details IMHO.

Regular mani-pedi service, sure you can't go wrong. But for powder dip, turn around. The lady who did my nails, failed to apply the dip base binder prior to the color dip. And to top it off, she topped my nails with clear GEL top coat. Therefore, my nails did NOT last more than a week. At the 2 week mark? The coating just started chipping and peeling off.This salon also charges for everything. $5 for removing the previous color and $5 if you have long nails to shape. That is insane. You're looking at almost $50 for a powder dip nail... with half ass application.

Came in as a walk in for a pedicure and set of acrylic nails. I did not have to wait and the staff was really nice. My pedicure came out as expected but was very disappointed with my acrylic set. They looked very nice but the acrylic was too thin and my nails started popping off within a few days. This has never happened before and I typically expect my nails to last around 3 weeks.

I had a dip powder manicure ($45.00) done at this establishment and when I asked about were my cuticles going to be done, I was informed that was going to be an extra $10.00. I was surprised, it is my understanding that process is part of the manicure. Am I wrong? Why did it change? When I had my manicure 4 weeks prior my cuticles were cut... I asked to see the menu of services and was informed they did not have one. It is my understanding. That all salons have a menu of services. Needless to say, I know when I'm being taken advantage of. I think I'll find someplace else to go.

Terrible customer service. Arrived for fills and waited 45 minutes. Two young girls arrived and got serviced before I did... when we were all needing the same service. So disappointed... been coming here for over a year and a half but after today I won't be back.

I've been there twice for a pedicure. I love that they exfoliate your feet and remove all the dry skin.

this place may do nails good but customer service and communication is why the rating is so low. I walked in for a pedicure they said have a seat someone will be right with you. 2 customers came in after 15 minutes after me without an appointment and was seen before me. when I asked why the manager then told me it would be 30 minutes cause they had no one available. I asked how the 2 got pushed in front of me and he acted like he didn't see them and said they were using the bathroom? And I stated it looks like their getting pedicures not using the restroo. He said he didn't owe me an reason.....
