Went back in, and Sergio took care of us. He fixed a reoccurring problem that had been happening with other vehicles similar to mine. This all happened in a matter of two hours. He offered to wash my car as well and had a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Sergio!

Transmission service went well. Scheduling was easy and service truly was excellent.

Continues to be one of the better buying experiences you can get in El Paso. Although not as convenient and stress free as an online purchase, the team at Porsche El Paso does a great job of being up front with the car buying experience, and will try and work with you to make the deal happen. Considering this is definitely a sellers market, their used cars are still priced competitively compared to the major online sellers, which is nice considering they're the only Porsche dealer for a few hundred miles. Recently took my wife in to check out a Cayenne E-Hybrid CPO, and once again Rudy Saenz took great care of us, thoroughly explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle, including immediately pointing out the defects on the vehicle, so there were no surprises later. My wife hates car shopping in person, and said it was easily the best experience she's ever had with a dealer.When we decided to buy the car, Jose Luis in Finance is such a friendly guy and you never feel pressured to buy any of the extras, but he explains all their products in detail in a straight forward manner.In terms of their service department, I've only had my Boxster serviced once since purchase, but my appointment was on time, and the car was ready even before the quoted pick up time. Sergio Perez in the service department had excellent communication and they did a follow up call just to make sure everything went well. Overall, continues to be a great experience. If I have any advice, it would be to call ahead if thinking about looking at a vehicle. They seem to get busy easily, and this isn't the type of dealership where 10 guys are all standing around to pounce.

Very helpful with our decision on a 22' Macan, Porsche El Paso looks out for your best interest and needs and recommends outside the department to save time and money with customizations such as Wheels, Paint Protection, and Tinting. Recently had to have new keys and fobs for my cabriolet and Targa. I was immediately greeted when I came through door. A member of the parts department came to the front and led me to rear where their office is. Fobs were on hand however they cannot cut keys. The keys were ordered by VIN and took one week to come in. In the meantime I had to have back surgery which prevented me from returning for just over a month. The staff was great about the situation and waited for my ability to drive my cars over one at a time to be programmed and system checked. Each car took approximately one hour from the time I arrived until completed. The staff were excellent and worked with me from beginning to end. If I have a complaint it would be the inability to cut keys. Other than that it really was a great first impression.

I would have to say that Porsche of El Paso gave me one of the best buying experience ever. The whole team from start to finish was excellent. I've visited the dealership for over a year now and everyone still are nice and welcoming. I had my one year maintenance this weekend and it was an excellent experience. Overall great place to buy a Porsche and have it's maintenance performed.

Just bought a 2013 911 C4S from Porsche El Paso. Very personable dealership, from Jeffery the GM, Moise, my sales guy, Sergio, the service manager. Even the service tech gave me the time of the day. They worked with me on price and getting the car up to speed in service. At the end of the day, the car me sold me is a good car, already have driven it 1000 miles and its rock solid. Thanks Team!

I would highly recommend Porsche El Paso to anyone in the market for a new or gently used Porsche. My experience with Greg Zugay, who eagerly answered my questions and gave needed advice when asked, to the timely help and excellent communication of Jose Bustillos, my financial contact, the entire experience was outstanding. When you are looking for your dream car, you certainly hope that the buying experience is one that matches the marquee that you have chosen. I can confidently say that the staff of Porsche El Paso not only matched my expectations, they exceeded it, and continue to do so after the sale.

The GM is incredibly hard to get ahold of. I've tried calling multiple times and sent an email. The girl in the front Corina is not helpful at all! I would call over and over asking to speak to Mr. Pester and she would always say he was out to lunch, but that she would ask him to call me. Still to this day nothing and this was back in February. Its a bummer because you would think you would receive nothing but outstanding service from a high end dealership.

I visited the dealership with my brother because he is interested in purchasing a 19 Cayenne. We spoke with multiple employees after my brother had found one on the lot that he was very interested in and we were told that someone would help us in a minute. We waited about 10 minutes while all the employees just stood around. We were ready to buy in El Paso, but now have a reason to take a little trip to Albuquerque! The salespeople need to spend more time trying to sell a car rather than acting like they own one.
