Poor Daddy’s Smokehouse BBQ

I find it difficult to enjoy BBQ from a restaurant because I'm constantly critiquing it against my own. This was hands down the best plate of BBQ I've ever had from a restaurant. Everything was consistent. Brisket was spot on for Texas style. Sausage and pulled pork both were excellent. Potato salad had a great mustard wang! Mac N Cheese was a little too runny, but the flavor was really good. They don't skimp on portion sizes or relish items (pickles, onions and jalapeños) Great friendly service to boot. Might seem a little pricey, but not really considering the quality. If you're a real BBQ fan, this is a must try place.

Meat often smelled like maybe seafood, I don't believe it was spoiled but it may have been some type of cross-contamination of some sort.

Amazing food amazing service!! Great restaurant in Kermit!!! Jasmine and Rachel are great and make sure we are always taken care of! We eat here at least 3 times a week! We like their Sandwich's , street tacos and love to try their new items when they come out! Btw their BBQ is amazing too!!

Love the ribs and brisket, waitresses are nice love the scenery! Good place to hang out and relax and eat good food!

I'm visiting Monahans and wanted some BBQ, the reviews for this spot were great, so I headed to Kermit. The restaurant was very clean, I walked in to place a to go order and was out in less than 5 minutes! Everything I ordered was great, and worth the prices for the portions given. The ribs were very well seasoned and tender. I would definitely stop again if I was in the area!!!

The food is hit or miss. But most the time it's pretty good! There is a waitress there named Rachel who is so awesome, everyone seems to love her!
