Pollo Culiacan

I'm a HUGE fan of pollo asado and I think social media knows it because it has been pestering me with ads for Pollo Culiacan for months now. The only problem is that it is located pretty far from anywhere I would normally find myself, but I finally gave in, took the long drive to Socorro to check it out, thankfully it didn't disappoint. First of all, the atmosphere at Pollo Culiacan is super authentic, like I feel like I'm eating at a pollo asado restaurant in Mexico authentic, and while that kind of atmosphere isn't rare in El Paso, I really enjoy it.Of course the main reason to take the long trip is the pollo, and it's pretty delicious. I really liked how the chicken is seasoned, hard to describe, but definitely a unique taste, and the zarandeado sauce adds another yummy twist. The chicken is cooked perfectly, I didn't run into a single dry or undercooked piece. They also serve you some delicious grilled onions that are perfect for making tacos.I really enjoyed Pollo Culiacan, it's a ways out for me, but worth the occasional trip!

This continues make excuses for not getting my order correct or even getting it when ordering online, when it first opened great service, now it's the complete opposite. Never again will I buy from them.
