Poke Poki Bowl

Amazing!! I am not a permanent residence of Las Cruces but the first thing I did was search for restaurants that have Vegan options (as I eat a plant based diet). I saw Poki Poke but didn't have the time to stop in. Well I finally did one day just before noon. They are super and easy to find right off the road. I ordered the Fresh Veggie Bowl. The ingredients were super fresh, the tofu is organic and the sauces were delicious. The price is great and the service is fantastic. I will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone give it a try. Super Delicious

The poke Poki truck on Lohman is consistently good. I like that they are always there when they say they will be and they are a family run business. They give you a good value for your money and are searching fresh and healthy food. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a fresh meal. You will leave with a bowl that is satisfying and refreshing. I will be back often.

I noticed this Poke truck on the side of the road and decided to check it out. I'm happy I did. I was very pleased with the quality of the food and how reasonable it was. I ordered a regular sized bowl with ahi tuna and salmon. I really liked the half and half (rice and salad) option because it came with very crunchy cabbage. It added a nice texture to the bowl. This experience was the definition of: "don't judge a book by its cover". On the surface, this place seemed a little underwhelming, but it was a very good experience over all. Go check this place out if you are in Las Cruces.

This food truck is a favorite of our family and probably has the best poké bowls in Las Cruces. The food is always super fresh and there are lots of combinations to choose from. Last night I tried one of the smoothies, Coffee Delight, for the first time and it was also delicious. I really wish they had a café where you could sit down and eat but you can have their food delivered using several delivery apps like Waitr or Grubhub. Also, if you follow them on Facebook you'll discover they are often serving at local events around the area. I highly recommend!

Best place to get Poké in Cruces, I love it so much. The seaweed salad is amazing, the sesame sticks are perfect. I love the "write down what you want" way of ordering, it minimizes miscommunication and therefore makes it easier to get an accurate order without trouble for the consumer or employee. Great service, great taste, good price for the product. Go enjoy!!!

Delicious! Great poke. As others have said, it's really fresh. This is a one man operation, so if there's a line, it's gonna be a while. We both had seaweed burritos. Poke rolled up in large sheets of nori seaweed. They were phenomenal. Pick your proteins, add ons, sauces, etc.. If you love nori with your japanese food, then the burritos are absolutely the way to go.

Poke Poki Bowl is a truck eatery that caters to the lunch crowd. You can customize your saladlike bowl for about $10. For those who are tired of fast food, sandwiches or even Mexican food, this is a great fresh alternative. It's so vegetarian friendly. I wish there were 2 people instead of 1 person taking the order and making the bowl. Otherwise, it's great to have.
