From the time I set foot into Poe Toyota for the very first time in Feb 2024, I was taken care of extremely well :) ! Initially, I purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid through a Costco Auto program Toyota rep, Jacob, who went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase, and with learning the new features of my new car :) !I was also very well taken care of by Aida and Tammy, who kept me posted and up to date regarding my gap refund :) ! I was a little bummed that the Toyota Corolla Hybrid was not on the Costco Auto Program's list of special deals. But nevertheless, I was still happy with Jacob's exceptional customer service :) ! Most recently, I had my oil change service done at Poe Toyota in mid-June as part of the Toyota Care program :) ! I couldn't have asked for better service from Andrew, and everyone else who works over in the Toyota maintenance division :) !I would highly recommend Poe Toyota to all of my friends and family for their needs :) ! Not only is the Toyota brand such a reliable and quality vehicle brand all-around :D ! But all of the employees at Poe Toyota truly care and go the extra mile for their clients :) !

I purchased a vehicle from Jesus Soria, and didn't notice there were vaseline and white liquid stains on the back seats upon further inspection. I'm not sure what to think about this.

Made an appointment over the phone for 11:30. Told the service reception I had an appointment for 11:30. I waited for two hours and looked out the window. My car was still in line waiting to be serviced.

Drove to El Paso for service due to the lack of a real Toyota dealership in Las Cruces (don't get me started!). The store is clean, well organized and the waiting area is very comfortable. The staff is over-the-top professional and very helpful. Poe is now my go-to dealership. Thanks for the great experience.

I purchased a Tundra from Poe Toyota in 2015 and I have kept up with maintenance and I have always taken it there for maintenance. I've had minor issues like having my after market tire valve caps "lost" after taking it for a tire rotation. But recently I had a major issue happen because of these people's incompetence. I took it for an oil change in May 2025 and I never really check under the hood because I've never had issues and had never noticed any weird noises until now. Forwarding to November 2024, I woke up this morning and was going to an event with the family and when I started the truck I noticed a knocking noise so I go to open my hood and I see that there was no cap on my engine oil container and there's old oil all over the components. This means my truck has been running for over 6 months without an oil cap!! This has potentially permanently damaged my engine. This is unacceptable and clearly these people don't care about the quality of their work. This a serious issue and it can be easily fixed by implementing a simple component check before handing the customer their vehicle back to them. I've had other issues when taking my truck in for maintenance here but this on takes the cake, I mean who knows how much damage this has caused my truck, how much has it reduced the life of my truck, how can all the gunk gathered inside even be cleaned out, etc. This place needs to take accountability for destroying peoples vehicles because I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the stellar service I received at POE Toyota on January 16, 2024. Carlos Chavez, a powerhouse in the Service department, went above and beyond. His level of involvement, care and professionalism were unmatched. Thanks to him, my 2012 Prius now runs like a dream, a testament to his skill and dedication. So disappointed with the team at Poe Toyota. I went to Poe after looking at Tundra's at Fox Toyota and thought that Poe had actually given me a better deal. Turns out, a week later, they haven't even run my credit. Is the sales person trying to push my sale into May for personal gain? Is the truck they sold me available? I honestly don't know what's going on. Can I try any harder to spend $50,000?... To be ghosted? They'll have to beat Fox Toyota significantly to gain my business. This is exactly what happened five years ago when we bought our Toyota Highlander. I should have never even bothered going into Poe. Every time it is a let down.

Dick Poe has been working on the same issue with multiple faulty repairs going on two years. As of 17 July the General Manager (Mr. Miller) now wants me to pay for another 3k estimated cost to tow the vehicle down to El Paso from Albuquerque so they can conduct another repair on the brand new engine they put in my 4runner.I brought vehicle in 07 September 2021 it for rough idle diagnostic. Problem was not diagnosed on service order 652646.Brought vehicle back 15 November 2021 for a missfire in cylinder 3 (service order 660280). informed cylinder heads needed replacement and block was not warped or damaged. Vehicle was returned to me 26 January 2022Towed vehicle at my expense back to dick Poe on 22 February 2022 due to a tear in rear heater hose causing failure (service order 669230). Hoses were replaced at Sandia Toyota( formerly Larry H. miller) 10 August 2021 (invoice number 1002160). Hose was damaged during head replacement.I Brough vehicle back in 03 April 2023 for missfire in cylinder 3 again (service order 713650) at approx. 20k miles after cylinder head replacement. notified block was warped causing missfire and symptoms noted on service order 660280/652646. New engine installed, deducted cost of service order 660280 and I paid remaining $3,580. Vehicle was returned 27 July 202316 August 2023 I found a major oil leakat lower portion of the engine after only 2500 miles on new engine. Checked oil and it was extremely low. Leak is causing puddling and sprayed the whole undercarriage. Upon further inspection various side markers not fastened, and other notable defects from the engine repair.I have been without a primary vehicle for 205 days due to faulty repairs starting 07 September 2021 due to original rough idle/missifre diagnostic cylinder 3Total cost repair costs: $7,699.48Total rental car costs: estimated $1,500Total tow service cost: estimated $1500Total estimated invested: $10,699.48Additionally: a steering repair was incorrectly completed (service order 652646) on 7 September 2021. My vehicle was returned on 10 September 2021. I traveled 250 miles and resulted in front tire damage due to the repair not being completed. vehicle went to Sandia Toyota (invoice number 1005480) to fix the previous dick Poe repair costing an additional $1359.42 plus tires (estimated $500 ).Total dick Poe repair: $1,526.26Additional same day repair: $1,359 plus tiresTotal: est. $3,385I do not recommend. There are other complaints of this nature on various review sites. Nor are they Soldier supportive. After the amount of money I have spent it's ridiculous they now want me to tow it back down on top of having to get yet another rental to get back and fort to work at Fort Bliss as a Soldier

Just purchased a XT5 Cadillac 2020. The car did not come with a spare or a jack. The salesperson told me "that's the way they come now". Now the car has an oil leak, just a few weeks later. Terrible, I will never purchase from them again!!!
