Great southern-style sandwiches. We stopped here for a quick lunch for 5 after being somewhat disappointed in options for a quick, but local lunch elsewhere in Bisbee. The sandwiches were tasty. Good sized servings. Flavored as they should be. Each of the other diners said the taste was perfect for them. Wanting something smaller, I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. It had two types of soft cheese and ripe tomato slices. The bread slices were sandwich sized and very well buttered and toasted. Sides are chips, sodas, and waters. Even some of the chips are made in the deep south. There is a large painted picnic table behind the trailer. With a little breeze, the neighboring business has a steel sign that rocks and squeaks in the breeze for a real out west feel. The owner is casual and friendly. We would eat here again. Thanks.
