My husband and I were impressed from the moment we interviewed them for management of our Las Cruces property. It is our first property and they helped walk us through every step of the way. Not currently being in Las Cruces, we rely on their expertise, prompt responses and efficient business style in helping make our property owning so easy. Our purchase completed late Feb. 2020 and they found an amazing tenant in less than a week. They are quick to respond to the needs of our tenants and work with us on anything needed.We greatly value of partnership with PMI and feel we have been successful with their help.

MARVID CHARLSON is professional and personable. He took care of every aspect of the rental of my property. His oversight on cleaning, repairing and inspecting was exceptional. he fixed things I didn't even know needed fixing. This business is unprofessional and they lie and mislead and fail to follow up as promised. Steer clear of this company, my experience with them was extremely unsatifying.

I've owned rental property in Las Cruces for almost 20 years and had several property managers. Amanda at PMI is by far the best manager I've ever had. She absolutely makes sure that my properties stay rented and maintained. I recommend her 100 percent!

The absolute worst property management company that I have ever dealt with. From top to bottom every single employee you cannot trust them I was told even though the main manager and Nichole knows that I have a disability she told me "I am not sure I want to rent to you because you are too emotional" that is discrimination and against the law I have heard horrible stories about people moving out from PMI and being charged thousands of dollars, they are a horrible company. They messed up every showing that I scheduled. I missed a house because Rita was not able to do her job correctly two or three different times James the property oh shows the properties is definitely out for himself. He does not want to have to turnover apartments so he will tell you to take your time and you'll lose apartments. Everybody there is out for themselves and they treated me horribly. There is no way I would rent from them and I suggest you don't even waste your time on the application fee.

I've been renting apartments & homes for 40 years. For the past three years, my wife and I rented a home in Las Cruces via PMI of New Mexico management company. Although they gave the impression of being on top of things, sending out timely emails about seasonal maintenance tips and instructions... that was it. They didn't even have an electronic method (ACH) for receiving rent payments. Potential renters beware that their initial inspection report of the rental property was quite superficial, while their report at the end of the lease was very detailed. At the lease end, we even used the landscaping service they recommended to do the final clean-up outside. To our surprise, funds were deducted from our security deposit for delinquencies in that category. We were also charged for what I label as "nit-picking" cleaning issues. All in all, I feel that we left the property in better condition than we arrived. This was the first time in 40 years that I had not received my full security deposit back. This leads me to believe that these folks are dishonest. The bottom-line is if you rent from this business, be prepared to sacrifice your deposit.

Do not do business with these scam artists. They are nice until you sign the lease and then they hold zero responsibility towards their end of the lease. I am writing this for a friend who was treated with zero respect and even during a pandemic, when he lost his job, they did not care one bit. DO NOT USE THESE CREEPS.

Horrible staff and owners. Rude, never fixed a thing correctly. Nice until you sign the lease and then just a terrible bunch of people. Do not rent from these people. There are many other reputable management companies to rent from in the area.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! PMI is by far the worst. Amanda and her husband are money hungry. I did all my own repairs and seasonal upkeep of the heater and cooler. They never took it off my rent... Like they said they would. When I left, I left the entire place in clean, clean conditions. Much better than when I moved in. They kept my deposit and tried to charge me more. I went and had a talk with them. Said I should get most if not all my deposit back. Amanda's husband cussed at me and I wasn't having that. I made him settle down. But overall they are the worst ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They will try to steal your money.
