Updating this review to reflect that all is well that ends well. Even though there were serious scheduling issues the first day, Quinn made it right the next day. He was very respectful and attentive with my mom. For a big job, he handled it quickly and promptly. Thank you!

Eric and his assistant are great guys! My foundation was leaking, so I called and he was at my house the next morning for an estimate. I decided to move forward with his service because this was an urgent need. Eric was then at my home the following day and took care of the leak! He also replaced the relief valve on my water heater because it looked weird. Great guys, will definitely use them as my forever plumbers!!

My water heater busted on Sunday and I reached out to these guys and they responded back quickly. I was on my way to buy a water heater and they told me to wait and let them check it out first. I still ended up getting one but they saved me a lot of money I didn't have. They gave me a great deal for the work they did. If I ever need something else done I'm contacting this company first.

I can't possibly give Eric a better than one star, the work was marginal at best, he didn't put the safety straps around the water heater said he would come back the following week and he never did. Please be aware that this individual does not have a cross over license to work in N.M. after filling out the estimate for me he wouldn't leave me a copy of it. When I called him to remind him that he forgot to do this, he said he would mail it to me and never did, construction industries division explained to him that he needed to follow up and do this, he said he would come back to give all pertinent receipts. He never came back, said he couldn't find the estimate he filled out, this is very poor business practice.

So, called this business and talked to Eric. I explained the plumbing problem and he led me on to believe that they would honor an appointment for a consultation. This was initially set up for Wednesday the 25th. between 10-11 am. He called me later that day and suggested to change it to Tuesday the 24th around the same time. I agreed. On that day, I called and texted him several times because he did not show up as agreed. Long story short, he never showed up or had the decency to give me a courtesy call to explain why he missed the appointment. I waisted a whole day waiting. Would not recommend. When you lie, is when it's worse.

I am removing my negative review on The Plumbing Guys that I wrote on 09-24-2024 regarding poor service after the job was completed. Eric & his son came over Saturday and fixed the holes in the water heater closet. Thank you for finishing the job. Rue M.

Was great did a great job overall satisfied. Only thing I believe price was above but lower then others. Strive to learn to fix on your own.

called plumber and eric and assistant arrived following day. told them I had a water leak in the living room ceiling. proceeding to cut sheet rock and found leak in drainage pipe. told me that it would cost from $1,800 to $2,800 to fix leak and right now my bill was $200 for this visit. told them the estimate was high and would call them if I decided on the estimate. I paid eric the $200.#1. eric never told me it would cost me $200 for just for cutting the sheet rock. he never gave me an estimate. #2. he never fixed the leak. I would never had agreed for him to do any work if he had given me a $200 quote for just cutting the sheet rock.

i called a plumber and needed fast repair for a leak on my Water heater. they offered me options on a repair or replacement same day. prices are very reasonable. thank you Eric
