Pizza Palazzo

I've tried calling in an order a couple of times in recent weeks and nobody answers the phone. It either keeps ringing or goes to an automated message that says the call can't be completed. I tried placing an online order through their website and it was going to charge me a $1.75 convenience fee just to place an order.Forget it. I'll go somewhere else.

Called ahead for my order, was told 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes only to find nobody at the counter. Could hear someone off to side making pizza. Spoke up "hello, here to pick up my pizza." No response. Poled my head around corner and was to "get back up front to the counter, nobody is allowed back here." I respond, "there is nobody at the counter." Store person responded, "yeah, I can see that". Tied calling store and Verizon said line was busy. I looked on counter and the phone was off the hook! 20 min later the same guy came up to the counter and asked what I wanted, I said trying to pickup my pizza. The place looks run down and perhaps under construction. If they are new, this is not the way to encourage nor attract customers!Got the pizza home, cold nasty lookingPaid for their Meet Lovers, XL.

Probably the worst pizza I've had in years. We ordered the vegetarian pizza without cheese (we add our own vegan cheese at home). It had a sprinkling of chopped black olives a sprinkle of chopped onions and what appeared to be one mushroom sliced. (Note -sprinkle translates as very sparse!). Sauce on pizza tasted like a jar of tomato paste!

The Deep Dish Chicago style pizza was delicious! The service was also awesome! I met the owner and he is a very nice guy working late into the evening shows he cares about his food. The establishment has a great ambiance.

The first time we came here, it was outstanding...FIVE stars!!! The second time, they totally messed up our order...they made it right, but it was delayed. The third (and final) time, it was just not that good. If they could maintain even a little bit of consistency, I would rate it higher, but I just don't know what I am going to get.That being said, the pizza, when it is good, it is great! The customer service is as consistent as the pizza.

Do you enjoy receiving your pizza late and cold? Do you enjoy minimalist brown iceberg lettuce salads with cucumber, black olives and tomatoes that look like they were cut with a dull box cutter? Then Pizza Palazzo is for you! I've had California, New York, and Chicago pizza, and now I've had the World's Worst Pizza! Seriously. I've NEVER had such a bad pizza experience. Who wants more dried out crust than sauce, cheese and toppings??? The ratios were so OFF it's laughable.Instead of wasting your money on less than subpar pizza delivery from PP, you would be better off ordering from InstaCart and have them deliver a Freschetta, DiGiorgno, Against All Grain, ANY frozen pizza and a bagged salad and you will have a MUCH BETTER experience and pay so much less! Wish we would have done that instead but sadly, I didn't think of it! If we weren't so hungry, I would have taken it back to them and demanded a refund. They should be embarrassed to put out food like this. I'm sorry I didn't order Zeffiro!I don't want to end this on a negative note...hmmmm. Think. Think. Think. On the positive, the Ranch is pretty good! Update! We also ordered the Canella Bites. Little pizza dough pillows with a hint of salt with cinnamon and sugar. THOSE were a hit!

Ordered a half cheese & half sausage/mushroom pizza (my 4 year old will only eat cheese), and got a pizza full of sausage mushroom. Short of the mess-up, the order was on time. Pizza was okay, nothing special.

Always fresh ingredients and the wings are cooked to my preference. They are fast and efficient and always friendly upon entering the restaurant

I love the Food here i definitely recommend this place for Pizza and very nice Service the workers there are so nice and I first heard of them when they stated going to my school and every time I get the pizza it is always good.

Wings were good. As for my pizza, I ordered a Chicago style deep dish, and I either got the wrong pie, or they don't have any clue what a deep dish is. I basically just got a regular pizza.
