My family and I came in for the first time on a Saturday afternoon, around noon. This location definitely seems newer--we loved all of the murals along the walls, a lot of EP pride being reflected. The location has a good amount of seating for big and small parties--it wasn't at all busy when we got there so we found seating right away.The employees behind the counter were very kind and courteous throughout the ordering process. The process of ordering is along their counter--you get the opportunity to choose your crust-type and build your own pizza or choose one of their pizza topping options on their menu. The pizzas are personal-sized, enough for one person or enough to split with another person if you're not super hungry. My wife and I decided to split it this time around and we also ordered a salad. A word of caution when building your pizza, don't overload it with too many vegetables or the moisture from them will make your pizza flimsy. We made that mistake! Despite that, the pizza was good!! Our salad dressing of choice was caesar. Kudos to the salad's vegetables tasting super fresh! To drink we had a Strawberry Hibiscus drink that was refreshing and sweet!We really enjoyed our meal. If you're looking for a "healthier" option, Pieology has cauliflower crusts, which is great!!! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town!

Food is always amazing at Pieology, that's not my concern. My concern is how rude Meghan, the employee working at this location. Not only was she rude to us, but to 3 other customers. Plain outright rude and should not be working in customer service. Made me feel like I was a bother while she kept asking me to tell her what else I wanted on my pizza. She was a lot more worried about going to the back area they have and speaking with other employees. Don't ask her for Ranch or Buffalo sauce because then you will get yelled at and made to feel like you asked for something out of this world. I highly DONT recommend this location anymore and will be contacting corporate seeing whoever hired Meghan needs training themselves. No drinks in stock, no ranch cups means no ranch and no Buffalo and a straight up scolding for asking for anything that's suppose to be available to customers.

Pizza was okay. The cheese has some nice stretch, the crust had a nice buttery flavor, the toppings were okay. The environment is cold in mood, not temperature. Why is this location shown in the wrong place in every map? Google Maps, Apple Maps, and even Yelp! I was invited to go, followed the map directions, then ended up driving another 9 minutes to the correct location.

I ordered 4 pizzas, and guess what? This is what I got! A grand total of 2 slices with cheese--just two! And let's not forget the pièce de résistance: no sauce at all. Because who needs sauce on pizza, right? Truly a culinary masterpiece!

These guys are always great. I'm gluten free (not by choice) and though it's a pain for them they always do a great job without complaint. Eat here a lot and have never had a gluten reaction. Great job guys and gals and thank you.
