Pieology Pizzeria Pebble Hills, El Paso, TX

I haven't had Pieology in YEARS so I didn't really know what to expect coming in. My husband usually gets Blaze pizza but they closed the location near base. We decided to give Pieology a try since both of us hadn't had it in quite some time.The location is nice and new, they had plenty of booths and a couple tables for customers. Very clean establishment from what I saw too. The two gentlemen that helped us were courteous and friendly.I opted for their fire grilled bbq chicken pizza, my husband got the mega meat. We both wanted to try their garlic cheese bread so we initially ordered one each but after seeing how huge they were we decided to just share one. It's nice being able to see them put together your pizza, kind of like subway but with pizza instead.I absolutely LOVED my bbq chicken pizza. Both my husband and I decided to pay the extra $2 and got the hand stretched pierise crust. It adds a nice fluffy crust which I thought was perfect. But that mixed with all the bbq chicken toppings was so delicious!My husband liked his mega meat pizza as well. I tried a slice and I will say it's a tad more greasy than the one I got but it's probably due to all the meats.As for the garlic bread, honestly I probably would skip on this item next time. I thought it would have a lot more garlic flavor, to me it tasted more like cheesebread.Overall I still highly recommend Pieology if you're wanting a more gourmet tasting pizza. I will definitely be back for more!

Ordered delivery from them and got exactly what I wanted delivered hot and at the time they specified. Completely contactless if needed. Pizzas are on the smaller side but quality ingredients. I hit the mushroom truffle pie. Very good! Also got a side salad and chocolate chip cinnasticks. It's like a dessert pie and just sweet enough! Everything was good. I liked the app so you can track delivery and my delivery person, Alejandra M was professional and prompt. Took 40 minutes but worth it.

Had the opportunity to visit the new pieology location on pebble hills. At first thought, it's not very big. And the concept is different from the other locations. But I'm glad there's there a pieology in the neighborhood, regardless. I love meet and vegetables so I opted for the combination pizza on thin crust. Pizza was out in less than 10 minutes. It was perfectly melted and you could see the steam rise from the top. All the ingredients mixed well and the taste was so good. I was only able to eat half and took the rest for home to enjoy later. Convenient spot on the corner of pebble hills and Zaragosa, make to drop in for a quick lunch.

My youngest kid wanted pizza for lunch, but we didn't want to go to 'the usual' places. What a great time to checkout this Pieology! For those who haven't been to one before, it's like Subway...but for pizzas! You can pick your crust, oils, sauce, cheese, veggies, and meats. The staff makes your pizza in front of you as you head down the line towards the register. Grab your drinks, take a seat, and it only takes about 10 minutes for the pizzas to make their way out to you.Both of my kids loved that Jarritos was an available drink option, while I went with the fresh lemonade. The cucumber watermelon was delicious, but I kept side-eyeing the white peach...maybe next time.Very clean and presentable atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and the air conditioning works very well...even when it's almost triple digits outside...I could have been comfortable in a hoodie.If you're looking for a new pizza place on the far east, make this place your 1st stop.

Very great service all the times I have came to this location. I wish they still had spicy sausage to add to my toppings.

Love making my own pizza. Way to go far Eastside for joining the pizza revolution. Vegetarian and vegan options are available

Again we love Pieology.They offer gluten free and vegan choices if you need.The pizza tastes great, we love all the options. They only thing I wish they would do different is put the toppings choices on the glass because it hard to tell what all the choices are.

I had no idea what to get here because they have so many options so I asked the guy who worked there what he liked and got that. Bbq pizza with chicken and cilantro. Freaking amazing btw. I never would have thought to add cilantro to pizza but it was like the perfect touch! The guy who helped me was quick and friendly Def recommend this place!

First, the place is dead with no carisma, perhaps it was because I went when it opened but considering that it opens at 11AM, I would say wake up employees it's time to earn your paycheck. The lady who served me was not rude but damn she moved with no purpose in life like come on it's a pizza. Once the pizza was prepared it went into the slowest oven ever, like I can only imagine if this place got a wave of customers how bad it would get. Once I received my pizza I was like okay let me check it out and low and behold it's burnt. Mind you the pizza is for my 5 year old son and I was like wow. This is trash but I took my L and just recognized that I will not be returning to this establishment.
