I second reviewer Dorothy O., April 26, 2015.The Picture Frame Factory Outlet is everything she describes in great detail.An incredible resource to find people dedicated to making a treasured piece even better with the skill and knowledge to execute it.Curtis and Robin have framed several different pieces for me over the last few years.They've even helped to specify frames and mats for a series of 12 'future' projects so that I could know the cost in advance and plan to bring the individual pieces as I had funds available, secure in knowing that ultimately they will look terrific when complete and all hanging on the same wall. More than a decade ago, my husband and I travelled to China and we purchased some beautiful art pieces: Two Calligraphy Scrolls, and Two Original Watercolor Drawings on Rice Paper. I had also recently purchased a large Oil Painting of an Ancient Chinese Emperor. They all required framing, and I had been procrastinating because I thought it would be both costly and time-consuming to make the selections that these unique pieces deserved to be properly accented on the walls of our home. Robin (an PFFO employee) worked with me previously on another framing project a couple years back, and I was beyond pleased with the end result. Consequently, I chose the Picture Frame Factory Outlet to work with me on these five items to my utmost satisfaction. Curtis (another PFFO employee) was the main artist I worked with in framing these five pieces. Greg (the owner) and Robin, however, also gave me terrific input and ideas with this special project. Their combined professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, and artistry was so evident in the end result of these treasured pieces that I cannot cite enough accolades for this "top notch" group of people - - - with special kudos to Curtis. His patience and keen eye made him a pleasure to work with! The finished pieces are a unique and beautiful addition to our home, and I cannot thank PFFO enough. Their level of attention for finishing these five objects of art rivaled that of creating pieces for their own homes. The pricing was also extremely reasonable in consideration of the time they afforded me to explore various options along with all the "extras" that were incorporated in these pieces: silk fabric matting, intricately carved fillets (small pieces of moulding which fit inside a larger frame for decorative purposes), shadow boxes to provide depth for the scrolls, etc. For SUPERIOR WORKMANSHIP and ARTISTRY, this is the place to go in Las Cruces!
