The Pic Quick store on Missouri is absolutely terrible. I went to buy something and the manager asked me very rudely if I had been drinking! Very poor customer service. I followed up with the corporate office and it wasn't much better. Not only did they lose a $40 sale, but I will be buying my cigarettes elsewhere from now on... Never will I stop in that store again!

Convenient!!!! Open 24hrs for your 24hrs needs. Hot food, cold food, restroom, gas and car wash! What more do you need? I love this location because it is an easy in and easy out establishment. The people working are usually pretty cool and everything is well lit. The gas isn't the cheapest, but it's less expensive than shell and the stations have all the same stuff. Also a nice centrally located meeting spot before a night out (if you're in high school). The 7-11 of Las Cruces.

I shop at this location and get gas regularly and usually find it convenient. Because of this location's close proximity to my home, this Pic Quik is ideal for me. I however just encountered an extremely unprofessional cashier named Ruby while shopping. I literally feel like I was spoke to like I am a dog by this cashier. I left feeling almost as if I had spat in the face, because of the way I was treated. In addition this employee was chatting boisterously with a friend who was visiting her at the store; apparently while also shopping himself. I found it interesting to see the great degree of contrast between the way Ruby the cashier spoke to her friend and the way she spoke to me. It was like day and night. I cannot imagine how someone could so enthusiastically converse with one person and then switch to such an apathetic and degrading manner of speaking to another person. Therefore can say with certainty that I was not shown any degree of basic of common courtesy . I cannot accept this kind of careless disregard for professional conduct from a representative of a business I conduct transactions with. Furthermore I don't feel like it is necessary to subject myself to this type repugnant experience again by shopping where I know such a vile, disrespectful, and casually unprofessional person perveys customer service. That is to say if customer service can be considered what an interaction with this person entails. I will gladly travel a slightly greater distance, to the Speedway down the street, to avoid this kind of disrespect on a professional and personal level in the future.

When a disaster strikes, you can count on people looking to exploit it. Every time I buy something at this Pic Quik they ask if I want to donate a dollar to this or that (they even shame you if you don't, even if you regularly donate), so I was surprised to see them jump all over the chance to jack up their gas price by 40 cents after Hurricane Harvey. I mean, if they are so adamant about charity, why do they exploit a disaster for profit? It was expected that gas prices would go up, but not while rain was still falling on Houston. They are called gas "futures" for a reason, and there is no reason for raising prices so soon after the catastrophe, especially because current prices run weeks behind futures. Essentially, you should not be paying "current" prices for last month's stock. I guarantee if next month's projections are low prices, you won't be paying that rate this month. Dirty.
