Very unprofessional, hired them for my daughter's quinceañera, they did not capture a lot of the special moments very bad angles on some photos. Took them 3 months for them to give us the video and one more month for dvd with the photos. And we never got the rest of the things in the package

I worked directly with the lady name Lulu. Her lack of communication and the time frame for her work is what is getting her 2 stars. I didnt get my complete package until 5 months after my event. When I called her out on it her lack of proffesionalism really came out. I dont recommend her services. There is more to this experience that I wont go into detail on because its lenthy.

Took Lulu 4 years to give me my daughter 15 photos and didn't give me the album or the 11x14 HORRIBLE

This business is ran by husband and wife. The husband has by far more photography skills than the wife, she is just a novice and does not know how to manage the camera, light, or even give directions for taking the pictures. I was charged $1500 for the engagement session and the day of the wedding services and honestly the price is the reason I went with them, I should have definitely allotted more money to hire a true professional!!!!!!.The engagement session was taken by the husband Michael and it went OK, but I was never told that the wife would be the only one to work on my wedding day. By far one of the biggest and most disappointing decisions I have ever made in my life was hiring PhotoGregory to capture my wedding day. Problem#1: The wife did not know how to work properly with different light exposures, the angles were wrong, and the pictures look as if they were taken by a novice. It was so bad that all the pictures I have around my house were taken by my best friend with her beginners professional camera! I'm so glad she took her camera. Problem#2: She never game me or any of the wedding party directions to take the pictures, I had to ask and direct all my party to get the pictures, get into different positions I thought would look good, etc while the photographer was just standing THERE...Problem#3: During the party, I caught her drinking and eating and proceeded to ask her if she had capture pictures of guests, my parents, the details on the ballroom...she said "Oh, you want that?" REALLY!...I had to go with her and follow her around to take pictures of guest, by this time she said she only had one more hour (10pm) to spare to take any "last minute pictures."Problem#4: She didn't capture all the details I worked so hard to incorporate into my wedding, the ballroom was gorgeous, so as the flowers, the ceiling, the custom made monogram light for the dance floor, etc. The "photographer" capture NONE OF THAT...my best friend captured a couple of those details...again so glad I had my friend with me. Problem#5: After the wedding was over, it took PhotoGregory either 8-9 weeks to give me the book and a CD with the pictures, of course after SEVERAL calls to both the wife and Michael. Once I got the book, the disappointment hit me. Some pictures are really dark, others are blurry, the majority look as if I took them with my cell phone camera...just plain SAD. CONCLUSION: I allotted the biggest part of my budget towards the ballroom, food and alcohol that the photography had my smallest budget. I highly regret for the rest of my life to not have hired a TRUE PROFESSIONAL for my wedding day. I spent over $25,000 on the wedding but so little on photography that I truly got what you pay for. I will never be able to recreate the same experience, but I'm waiting for my 5 year anniversary to have a small ceremony and hire a true professional photographer to take away the sadness that PhotoGregory left during my wedding day. Learn from this experience and hire and invest in a good photographer because a wedding is once in a lifetime event!

This is the worst photography services I had ever deal with. UNPROFESSIONAL beyond believe. Had my event back in 2015 and still Lulu one of the owners of the business has not give me all the photos included in the packet. Call after call, messages, voice mails and nothing, she doesn't even bother to return them. Her excuse is that she is always sick. I really wish someone will really do something about people like this, I mean you spent a lot of money to have these memories for ever, instead, you ended up with such bad quality photos and worst, incomplete services. PLEASE pass this on if you or someone you know is contemplating hiring these people for an event.. you will definitely regret it.
