We came in with a group passing through on our way to Austin. The place has a great vibe that includes giant koi fish and waterfalls. My group ordered pho of course and I ordered a rice bowl with chicken. Although the chicken was tasty, the rice was not cooked well. I mentioned it to the wait staff and they tried to give me a different bowl of rice. But it was the same undercooked texture. I advise not to get a rice dish. The rest of the food was great. We also ordered a DIY spring roll... that was a bit confusing, but fineOverall, it wasn't bad. Loved the ambience. But that undercooked rice knocked it down a couple stars

The service was ZERO's-our server took over 10 minutes to ask about our drinks, he couldn't get away from our table fast enough, when paying I mentioned to him to be nicer and he just walked away. I talked to the owner about it but she started making excuses for him.The food was -it was ok, seafood pho, of which I asked what seafood it consisted of; small shrimp was over cooked, large shrimp was ok, calamari was chewing, and they should tell you it's imitation crab and lobster, tastes nothing like crab and lobster, jalapeño slices were dried up, cilantro had several black leaves.I don't think I'll go back, I'm going to stick to the one by UTEP, I already know it's delicious and I get great service

This is the original Pho Tres Bien and still in my mind has the best kitchen. Their grilled pork spring rolls and Vietnamese Egg Rolls are the best in town. They also offer a delicious Spicy Beef Soup. Also know as the " Bún Bò Huế " this spicy Vietnamese noodle soup is absolutely addictive and one of the best noodle soups in the world. To me the Bun bo hue is where it's at. This homemade soups is a labour of love. This takes time and a little bit of effort, but like any thing that is worth waiting for, this soup is absolutely heartwarming. Soups, The owner will explain that it takes more than 24 hours to let the broth simmering. Service was great as well.

This food was nasty. I ordered the lemongrass tofu that came with a large portion size of jasmine rice with a side salad with plenty of tofu. The salad was still wet as if it was just washed and not dried before putting it into the takeout container. The tofu was dressed with sauteed green bell peppers with onions, but it tasted bland. I think the dish needed salt. It did not taste like lemongrass, but spicy. The tofu was crispy though. Upon walking into the restaurant was a bit of a challenge, especially at night, you walk into this door that leads you into this rainforest oasis with waterfalls in the background noise, lots of trees, and there's plenty of doors. I was completely confused about where the door actually led into the restaurant. I had to ask some people who appeared just as lost as I was. They guessed one door which we all got right. Tip, y'all need to add some proper lighting and signage to direct customers into the restaurant. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I'm not even from El Paso. However, I probably won't even be back, but proper lighting is a must because anyone can fall and hurt themselves out in pitch darkness.

Don't waste your money--go somewhere else. The pork chop was burnt, dry, and overcooked, making it inedible. On top of that, the to-go box melted onto the rice. Wouldn't recommend.

Cute strip mall restaurant with pleasant counter staff. Firstly, the servings are much smaller than at any other pho restaurant I've been to. The broth is under spiced, the brisket overcooked, surprisingly bad for a Vietnamese joint next to an Army base. Disappointing is the nicest thing I can say.

Food was good but it was expensive for what we ordered. Been to other pho places and I paid waaaay less than what I paid here. Not going back anytime soon.

This is a quaint little place with a cute atrium that you walk through to get to the restaurant. Although we were in for an early dinner, we still had to wait to be seated (not long) as the restaurant was pretty full. The broth of the pho served here is amazing, rich and flavorful.

I order the clay pot with chicken and for $3 more I added shrimp. It was consider spicy but it's not that spicy. It was good . I was disappointed that there wasn't much protein considering I paid extra for it . They have limited parking in the front but there are more parking in the rear. They also have an outdoor seating area and a koi pond . The staff that service me was friendly . I asked him what was the popular dish and I order that . They have music in the background playing . They have nice decorations and try to create an ambiance in here. They also have a bar area too

Didn't expect any decent Asian cuisine in El Paso(lots of amazing TEX MEX and authentic Mexican food though)Came in for late lunch and a bit worried since the entrance area looked like "not finished but underdeveloped garden"But who cares? I was hungry and aimed for good eats lolOrdered Tre Bien signature noodle(shrimp and pork) and Vietnamese EggrollDipping was okay but I wish there's more side items (cucumber and pickled carrots)Eggroll itself was fine too(a bit smaller yet thicker than what I normally had in any other places)Per Noodle, texture was a bit too softer(seemed "not freshly prepped but extra amount from lunch rush"), the portion of protein was not sure enough for $18 worthI was still hungry with 3pc Eggrolls and a bowl of noodles with two proteins (perhaps I got spoiled by other amazing restaurants lol)However, the service was amazing; friendly greeting and attentive service - didn't catch her name but she got 6stars for Pho Tre Bien in service category!App : 4Entree: 3Service: 6I would try one more time for their rice platter though but not sure when I would come back to El Paso againGood eats, everyone
