Pho Tre Bien Bistro

Our visit here for lunch was great. The service was friendly, the food was fresh, and the pricing as expected. I am not usually a big fan of pho but after our visit today I will need to rethink it. Maybe it was the bistro feel that hit home. I much more preferred this spot to their location in I10.

Hands down probably the best broth I've had in the entire country!!! So rich in flavor I ordered the pho rare beef n brisket and they offer multiple noodle options including glass noodles which are Bariatric friendly. I've ordered here now 2x in a week! Packaging is great fast even through door dash can't speak on the service beyond that or the ambiance.

Review solely based off first time experience. Walked in and waited to be seated. Was unsure if had to seat myself or wait to be seated no sign anywhere. There was a waitress nearby on the phone who saw me but couldn't be bothered to let me know if I could sit myself or wait to be seated. Another waitress was having a conversation and again couldn't be bothered to attend and entering customer. Was craving some pho that day but if the service sucks then I give my business elsewhere.

Fast service and friendly staff. Placed an order to go brisket pho and the meat was rare. I did specify which one I wanted and to my surprise it was pretty much raw. Shrimp rolls were fresh, crisp and filling, compliments well with the sriracha sauce not the brown one given. It was right before closing, so place was tidy and clean. Quiet lighting and quaint little space.

This place is a smaller version of their main restaurant, Pho Tre Bien. The restaurant itself is definitely smaller in size, but the service is just as quick. Although, competitive to their main restaurant, they are definitely lacking in terms of quality. For their pho alone: the broth is just as good but I definitely think that the do not have as much meat and veggies as they do at the main restaurant for the same price. I would definitely rather take the drive to their main Pho Tre Bien place off of Gateway Boulevard.

I've been here several of times before now but I just stopped myself from devouring the delicious food before taking a picture for this review. So, I spoiled the review around the seventeenth word but sometimes excitement does that to me. I always order the same thing, although I have tasted other dishes. It's just too good for me to try and get something else. The tofu is good and comes with some flavor of its own. The curry is not spicy but the salsa you can add does the trick. The parking test passed. The location allows for that in comfortable quantities. The service was good and although we didn't find our favorite taro flavor tea we did get a good recommendation. The ambiance is set out for you to just enjoy the company and low light while looking out to Mesa's never-ending constructions. If you're looking for a good curry and tofu, look no further. You can thank me later and provecho!

We went here for lunch before my class started. We went at 12 on a Monday. We were lucky and got the last inside table. There is not too much inside seating there is also a few outside tables. The staff is super friendly. The food was cooked perfect.We had the rare beef pho and Vietnamese egg roll both were awesome! Our food was out quick and we were eating and on our way to class before we knew it. I really like the convince of the location being close to UTEP

I used to love going to the original location. Stopped in here to grab a bite and was sorely disappointed. The "summer rolls" contained only grated carrot and dried sausage, and the soup had the wrong style of noodles. This was hands down the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had.

Great food, service, and ambiance! A very romantic place to go a date with hubby. I will be returning!

Great food and great staff. Multiple great locations throughout the city. To insure you'll always get great pho. Ariana is an amazing waitress if you're ever at the mesa location.
