Food: Delicious. The spicy beef pho was flavorful and filling, which made for a super cozy meal on a cold day. The egg rolls were crispy, hot, and tasty. The taro boba tea could have been mixed a little better, but was still good. Service: Quick, friendly, helpful, and attentive! No complaints. Ambiance: It's a pretty casual Vietnamese restaurant. They decorated for Christmas, which added to the experience! Side note: this location has plenty of parking so no worries there.Totally recommend if you're looking for some good pho.

It's been a while since my last visit. And this time, I tried the Vietnamese chicken sandwich with spicy mayo. Yum! This sandwich is delicious. Sweet spicy crunchy and tangy. This ain't no subway chicken teriyaki!!! So flavorful and I was only able to finish half because it was huge. If your are looking for something different, try the sandwich

When does a Vietnamese restaurant not serve seasoned fish sauce with charbroiled rice plates? It's an important tradition in Vietnamese culture. Pho So 1 is a well known chain across the US, and obviously they are not doing it right. I ordered from them twice totalled 3 orders and 2 occasions it didn't come with fish sauce so I called to verified on top of them messing up my order. The location in Gateway is way better. I actually dined in and received better service, and 2 of my to-go orders does come with fish sauce. Not to mentioned their Pho is great for restaurant quality. I'll never go back here again.

I stopped at this Pho So 1 location for lunch. Years back I use to visit this location frequently and was very pleased but from the moment I stepped in I could tell they had changed management. It was not as trendy, clean looking as it used to be. The tables, and items on tabled were sticky. The food was served quickly but the veggies were not as fresh and the pho was a bit less thank Okay. I cannot deny I was disappointed but in a way I am biased by my previous experiences years ago. They are located at the corner of a plaza, very easy to spot and with plenty of parking lot.

It was definitely food and it was a mealThat we ate. That's all that I can say. The water was delicious and crisp. That was the highlight. A little overpriced for two milk teas, two spring rolls and a one soup. ($40$) Service was good though. Would not return but would eat here if all other restaurants closed down.

The service is unfriendly and downright combative. The restaurant smells like sewer. I was with a colleague, who loved Pho. We walked in, and the smell was so bad that we turned around and walked right back out. On another occasion I went with another friend and ordered some noodles that were clearly not cooked correctly and when I complained, I received a very rude interaction from whom I believe was the owner. I have not, and will not return. There are many other wonderful Vietnamese restaurants.

Sub-par on the food. I had one of the house specials yellow noodle soup with shrimp and brisket, and though there was a good amount of meat, there was also an overwhelming amount of noodle. This noodle is more consistent with mì xào and is definitely not like mì quảng as I had thought. The food tasted okay, but the flavors didn't come through in the soup. My friends had their phở and thought the broth was good, so maybe they are better known for their phở. The place didn't have bánh xèo or Vietnamese coffee, which would have been my go-to at any Viet restaurants.

Excellent . Not sure about the past reviews . I just moved here from LA. And I do travel to South Asia . been going around to get to know my new home area Try to discover the local foods . And I can tell this is the closest you get to Vietnamese food. Just for some weird reason no place I been to try pho they give basil . But is o right I grow basil at home. Other veggies added.. have good quantity. Can't complain One thing I would suggest the cooks . Add more meat. Is not a fancy place. But I roam around for the flavor , I will keep coming back since this is the best I had tried on the eat side.

Pho'ck this place! 3 times in a row they messed up a simple order... You try to call, if you don't speak the language of whoever answers the phone they hang up on you.. Would recommend ANY other pho' place but this one... They don't even know their own menu, the inside looks hideous like they got it all second hand used crap and falling apart, plus there is not one Vietnamese person in the place... Should have been call Pho' suck!
