Hot and sour seafood pho (no shrimp) and a thai tea.
brisket and meatballs for 8.95 had two measly cuts of brisket. Quite dry and the soup very bland. Do not waste your money here.

The pho was actually really good but I thought the portion was way too small. I think two orders would equal a normal sized order but then the cost would be too much. It was about the size of a large instant cup ramen. The milk tea was really large. It was about the same size as the pho.Probably can downsize the milk tea and enlarge the pho.I would like to continue to eat there but to get two bowls would be too costly.

The service is always prompt and Ive enjoyed just about every single dish I've tried. My go to dish is the popcorn chicken rice bowl. It's simple yet so delicious You can't go wrong with a stop here.

Ok so I'm not from here. Apparently it's on a military base. I love taro so I ordered the halo halo mix mix drink, less sweet. It comes with taro, coconut milk, honey boba, rainbow jelly, and red beans. Honestly I only tasted the sweetness from the red beans which I like and coconut milk. I don't know about you but some restaurants use tap water and it tastes like heavy metal, but not here. I felt the ice was cleaner... if that makes any sense. The popcorn chicken was okay. A decent size came with a sweet chili sauce. Grilled pork chop with a fried egg. 3pieces of meat, lettuce, tomato, carrots, fish sauce, rice Grilled chicken vermicelli bowl. Also good. All my coworkers were envious after reheating this. Portions were about average to half size, but I feel like restaurants just fill it with noodles to look larger than it is when in reality, it's just noodles. So I feel the portions were appropriate. I do feel like the fish sauce could be better. It's still good though.

April 2021 Pho Hoa and Jazen Tea inside Freedom Crossing in Fort Bliss. It is great to have a "Pho" place inside base. Probably from fall 2020 til March 2021 I have ordered food from them through Uber eats a total of 5 times.Today I finally had the pleasure of visiting them in person.Clean establishment, amiable costumer service. I visited around 1100hrs in a Sunday. There were 3 people in-front of me. I ordered chicken pho and 2 spring rolls and my order was ready within 5 minutes. The quick turn around surprised me for uber eats usually takes 45+ minutes to deliver. So, now I know Im better ordering in person. I took my order to go, even after 15 minutes my food was still warm. The Pho Hoa and Jazen Tea staff also did a good job packaging my food. This time the food tasted much better than usual.Because I ordered my food to go it limits how many condiments are provided. For example I usually enjoy more mint leaves and lime.I didn't love the spring rolls peanut sauce, I may be wrong but it definitely doesn't taste freshly made. It almost tastes synthetic. The spring rolls were okay. The broth was good but not near as good as other places, I think it has a lot to do with the fact that this specific establishment is meant to be "fast food" vs a seat-in restaurant. Overall, I enjoy eating healthier home made like food so "pho" is the closest business that offers it inside post. Previously I have also had their bubble tea and it was good.

Two things... POPCORN CHICKEN AND MILK TEA BOBA!!!I feel like those items are the best things to walk away with and call it a day for lunch. Everything else was subpar at best. I ordered the lunch combo of pho and boba with the meatball and brisket option and original milk tea. I also felt the need to try their beef stew and popcorn chicken of course. All for $30 which wasnt bad. I was hoping to try their summer roll, but they were out of that. I think theyve been open for only a week. The menu was surprisingly extensive for a fast food spot. The fact that they had beef stew and of all things, spicy sate, was a bit much to me for a fast food joint. Plus they somehow can manage multiple rice plates, vermicelli bowls, pho bowls, popcorn chicken and 3 types of spring rolls. I think it showed by how overwhelmed the staff seemed and how difficult it was to get your order. At first our pho and beef stew come out. Theres a self serve condiment station which consisted of thai basil (which is hella surprising!), jalapenos, and cilantro. No bean sprouts tho since apparently they give that to you upon request behind the counter. I go back to wait for the rest of my order and a new bowl for my stew since it was leaking somehow.... plastic bowls for hot soups so go figure. I was also kind of grossed out that the trash recepticle is just a foot away from all the condiments. The healthcare side of me is undeniable lol.About 5ish mins and 2 rude customer encounters later, i finally get my milk tea boba and a popcorn chicken bowl instead of just the chicken option. I pointed out that i ordered that and at first the chef was going to take it back but i realized i paid more for my bowl and said i would keep it.Let me tell you, i was food critiquing this stuff hard! Lol im sorry, but the pho was mediocre and rather expensive for the size bowl given. Hard pass on that. Lots of brisket tho which is arguably why that price. The beef stew was good but i had a couple chunks of beef that were cold!...from the fridge maybe?? Whatever it was, i tried to dip that into the hot soup to make it tolerable. There were rice noodles too which surprised me and a TON of beef chunks! I was protein wasted! Popcorn chicken was really good with its chinese 5 spice but not my favorite. Mediocre as well but still good since its the only place around here that has it at all. The bowl as a whole was good with a fried egg on top and pickled daikon and carrots. I wouldnt want to get my pho fix here nor the beef stew, but one things for sure... that milk tea boba is as close to CA home quality as it can get! Damn it was good. It had that super fresh steeped tea flavor which i havent had since being in CA last and the boba was perfection! Thats about as good as it gets for me, but i will be back for those 2 things always here! So i hope it stays and continues to improve to do so.

This is the newest addition to the already fairly busy (especially for lunch) Food Court at the Liberty Crossing! Nonetheless, it's always a good thing to have another option for dining opportunity for our Soldiers and their Families. It was my first time, and to be fair I didn't try any of their food, but I only had a smoothie for my afternoon snack. I tried their 25 oz.Taro smoothie. It was good, but not necessarily the best I ever had. Having said that for $3.95 it served my purpose. There's another place in this Food Court who specializes in smoothies. They are pretty pricey (though the serving size could be a lot larger), so this one might give them a run for their money. You might say they've got some competition nearby. While I was waiting for my order (which wasn't a long wait), several people received their orders of bowls of noodles. The broth smelled really good to me. I really need to come back and try their pho soon. The only hiccup was--by the time I noticed the offer of reward club sign up, the counter guy had already cleared the register, so I couldn't sign up to receive credit for my purchase. He probably forgot to ask me if I wanted to sign up, or cynic in me would say he intentionally didn't ask me because they don't want their customers to receive credits. I hope it's the former and not the latter. Perhaps he's new and not fully accustomed to this store's business practice. If he'd asked me, I'd given another star for better customer service. Maybe they can do better the next time I visit this establishment.

The pho is always great and I love that they have seafood and vegetarian options. I often come just for the fruit teas and the lychee explosion is my favorite!!!

A good healthy place with good prices to grab a bite to eat. Kinda neo-tradtional vitminese food that taste wonderful. Service is quick and staff are respectful. The restraunt is quit compared to the hussle and bustle of the mall.

The food is good and flavorful but I'm dissatisfied of the quantity of broth, garnishes and as well as toppings for the pho. Received half portions of meat toppings and the garnish portions are scarce. only received a stem of basil with a few leaves. A large pho priced at 14 dollars each and this is what I received. I understand that I ordered delivery but if I'm paying full price AND THEN SOME, it's not fair that I receive half portions. Them hoping customers wouldn't notice the difference in rations from in-house dining versus delivery.
