Pho & Rolls

For 4.8 on Yelp and 5.0 on Apple Maps... I expected a lot. And if I'm being honest it was a normal Pho restaurant. Wasn't anything special. Service was good, but that's because I was the 4th table sat out of 12 or so. What I particularly didn't care for is the direct shot of cigarette smoke emanating from the back door that was open. The chicken in the pho was very dry. It didn't taste old. But it was certainly over cooked and tough. Soup was hot, but needed more salt which was not on the table. Would I go back? Probably not.

NEGATIVE STARS! Service: my husband stood waiting at the counter for about 3 minutes while cashier was on her phone with her shoes off and feet on the chair before my husband could pay. The guy who took my call didn't even give me my total or TELL ME there's a fee for taking it TO GO. We knew they were about to close in about an hour so we ordered to go so we won't have to keep them there. Food: broth was bland. We ordered the bun bo hue which is the spicy beef soup. There was NO spice at all. We added all the chili it came with and luckily we had sriracha at home and made it spicy. And to add on to that we got a used lime and the veggies looked like it came off of someone's used plate! How disgusting!NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Pho & Roll is small family run Vietnamese restaurant. Our waiter was a 10 year old boy helping his parents. He was quick and efficient and seems to know the menu really well. We ordered combo pho and vermicelli bowl. Both were delicious. Their broth was good, slightly on the saltier side. Portion sizes were good also. Enjoy!

This restaurant was amazing! We came in and I believe it was one of the owners that took our order. We told him it was our first time and he was very friendly and great with recommendations. He even offered us some of his home grown chili paste made with thai chili. The pho broth was unbelievable even without any additions. Spring rolls were fantastic as well. The vermicelli bowl was delightful and refreshing. I think this is a newer restaurant but it really should be a staple of El Paso Cuisine. Very cute and quaint inside. We will most definitely be back soon.

It's a great place and the customer service is great also. I recommend it my daughter and I are very happy to have found this place.

Stopped here while driving through Texas. Such an unexpected little gem! The vermacelli special and the stir fry are flavorful and we ate every bite. If I lived around here I'd be back!

Best pho I've ever had! This is one of my favorite restaurants in EP in general. The ambiance is cozy and cool. The owner and his family are super nice and welcoming, and they are always making recommendations or explaining how they prepare their dishes. I come here just about every week lol I love pho & rolls!!!

Food was amazing. Fresh and clean. Tasty. The broth was clean and the place was pretty laid back and clean. Serving was awesome. It's like they were so eager for you to taste what they made. Pho & Rolls is a family style Vietnamese restaurant with emphasis on traditional Pho where the broth is cooked over 24 hours. All the food is fresh and made in house a la minute. Their Fresh Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls are great. They also offer the Spicy Beef Soup or Bún bò Huế which is a hidden Vietnamese gem that has yet to "make it" in mainstream America. Their Grilled Pork is also very authentic. The service is prompt, friendly and the decor is basic and clean. The owner is a hard worker who deserves the attention and support of our community! Come on El Paso go to this authentic Pho place!!!!
