This food is made fresh from real ingredients- not reconstituted chicken parts or anything like that- it is big chunks of meats that you can identify as having come from a real animal! This is such an important change for me since I have tried many mail order types of programs . This is the best. The dishes are prepared by local chefs on Saturdays when the store is closed. To make sure you are getting fresh fare, on Thursdays and Fridays they try to sell all remaining stock for as little as $5 a tray; this is a phenomenal deal if you are in a budget but still need to eat nutritionally healthy. Their dietitian, Jess, calculated my needs based on what I weigh, what I want to weigh, how often I work out, what my workouts are and the intensity. She broke down into how much calories, protein, carbs and fats I need per day to build muscle (ladies, muscle burns fat 24/7). She broke out my daily totals into four meals per day. If I pre order online, I get 28 total meals for under $215 and that includes taxes; the same amount of food on Thursdays/Fridays will cost about 140- but no guarantee of what they will have available. If I am ordering, I have to order by Thursday- my order will be fresh and ready to pick up on Sunday and I am set for the week. I do add fruits and veggies, yogurt, nuts and dried fruit. Oh and an occasional cannoli- hey I am human but this goes a long way to keeping me on track. I am never ordering out lunch because I didn't have anything to bring- I always have something ready and good. Oh and coming home from the gym when I just can't bear to look at another tunafish pouch- yeah the shrimp poblano pasta for under 250 calories is a lifesaver. Oh, so the review asks for my input on the store's "ambiance"...well there are a lot of hot guys coming in here LOL!

Phit Phuel is a great meal prep place that provides tasty healthy meals already prepared. For example, their sway fish and Turkey Bolognese are very tasty. You have a Pro and classic version that is one oz smaller. You have around 50 meals options and you can subscribe to a meal plan that provides you with the opportunity to earn bonus points. This is definitely not a fancy place. I especially like their turkey pasta tray as it is truly feeling. The way to accumulate points is by providing your email and contact information. A 10 percent discount for military is also available just asked for it. Service is always efficient and friendly.

Great convenient way to get ur meal prep if life doesn't allow. Portion size n food are of great taste n choice. They discount service members n public workers which is a plus. N food it ready to go as u walk in store try them out!

If you are depending on a business for weekly meal prep services, do not come here. I came to pick up food during a weekday and no one was at the front counter. I waited inside for a good 7 minutes before someone came from the back to help me without an apology. I then made an order for meals to cover me for the whole week. When I came on Sunday to pick up my food, it was closed. I thought maybe I came on the wrong day, but my receipt said that my pickup was on Sunday. I saw several customers come by to pick up their food as well to leave just as frustrated. I tried calling the other locations to see what I could do to obtain my food and not one location ansI came back two hours later just to find the business still closed with no one answering the phone. I never received a phone call from the store, and I already paid over $80 so I can have food for the week. I'll be getting my food elsewhere from now on.
