Petalos Flowers by C and B

I went on a tuesday and a woman was working there with her children. I ordered a corsage for a 90th birthday party to be at my home saturday at 1 pm. So she said I could pick it up Saturday at 8am. The girl called a guy on the phone and asked him how much it would cost and he texted me the bill which i paid right there on my phone. THE girl told me and him on the phone she would make it Friday because I was picking it up Saturday at 8am. I went at 8am, and no one was there. I went at 9 and 10 and 11 but no one was there. I tried calling and texting. They could not be bothered until after 1230 by which time i had gone somewhere else and waited 45 minutes for them to make it. It threw my schedule off since I was hosting the event at my house and cost me hours during a very important and busy day. Their message after 1230 said my corsage was ready but they had to leave for an emergency and would be back in an hour which was just a lie bc I had been going there every hour and they were never there. I will never go there again. Do not rely on these unprofessional people for your important events.

Do not rely on this place for flowers for important dates. They never delivered my wife the flowers for Valentine's. She came home empty handed. They never answered my phone, which makes me feel it was a scam as well.
