Love this spot! These are the only groomers in the area who have been affordable, kind, and never give us any attitude whatsoever. Our dogs come back looking amazing and it's somehow still cheaper than anywhere else!Latest transformation... Mr. Desert Bernedoodle who went from scary sad to fashion icon, in 1 morning, and under $100!

UPDATED- First experience was good but high priced. Second experience was the absolute worst. The groomer had a negative attitude from the moment we arrived. One dog ended up not getting groomed but they still charged us full price for her when she was only bathed and brushed. I wish they would have called to say we aren't going to be able to groom your dog before charging full price for a portion of the services. Poor customer service. Owner was not on site to speak to.

Terrible groomer AND pricey! Took my dog in for a trim and wash. I was surprised to find him almost bald. I noticed that other dogs had the same look. Apparently that's their specialty. When it came time to pay I was flabbergasted that they would charge double compared to other groomers in 2 mile radius. Never going back. Beware.***UPDATE*** I was offered partial refund and free groom in the future. Nowadays you don't see businesses take ownership and offer a resolution for below par service. Definitely worth a second chance.

People working here are nice, just wish they actually brushed and de-shed my dog like I asked. When I got home I noticed alot of old fur still on my dog and continued to brush him even more after he had been "fully" groomed.

Best experience ever. I have a Yorkie and he has been traumatized from prior groomers, I actually didn't take him for a while because I didn't like him being so afraid and I would worry. I brought him to this groomer "Spam" and she was awesome with in a hour she was done with my yorkie, his last groomer he went to had him for about 7 hours because my dog would not allow to be touched but Spam was the best I highly recommend to go to this place!!!!

I used to bring my dog here at least once a month due to shedding. The last time I brought him here it took them more than 5 hours just to bath and brush him. My dog has really bad anxiety and by the time they had called me I could hear him crying. I hadn't gone back until today and after calling to make sure I would not run into this problem again the owner assured me it wouldn't be long. However, when I walked into the west side location she told me he would not be ready until 5 or 6. That's ridiculous.

I used to bring my dogs here all the time. The owner was so great with them. My dogs were actually happy to see him! The last time I took them in the owner was not there someone else did the grooming I fount matted fur on my shih-tzu and an uneven shave on my lab. BOTH WERE STILL WET IN PLACES. And my shih-tzu was freaked out. Their prices went up an it's not worth it. There are other places with lower prices who will complete the job.

Brought my dog here a few times in the mornings and he looked great! Last time, I took him in the afternoon and they called me back after 20 minutes saying he was done. I was shocked as the times before it had taken at least an hour! When I went to pick him up, his cut was very uneven and not what I'd asked for. It seemed really rushed! Not sure if I'll be bringing my dog back. It's a nice place but some of the groomers are definitely better than others!

This place styled my Beagle/Schnauzer mix exactly how I want. She never seems to be in any pain after I pick her up. The groomers are nice, friendly, and professional. They seem to really care about the pet and finish their work in a decent amount of time. Best groomer I have taken my dog to in El Paso.
