Peking Garden

I'm going to say not all Peking Gardens are the same around town. It's too bad that this location has such a low rating on Yelp. I disagree with it. I've had good and bad experiences at the various locations. In the past, the service and food has been pretty good at this location. I've dined in at this location before Covid times. My mom bought food from here the other day for me, my son and grandparents. I forgot to ask her how the service was. I will say that the food was tasty. I had an egg roll, sesame chicken and beef and broccoli. These entrees are usually my go-to whenever I order Chinese food. Well, I sometimes like spicier entrees, but...this is what I wanted that day. My only minor complaint (as well as my family's) was that the beef and broccoli hardly had any meat in it. It mostly consisted of broccoli. Other that that, the food tasted really good. It was fresh and contained good, quality ingredients in it. The fried rice also tasted good. I can't stand it when rice has some raw rice or it's too crunchy because it's already old. That's just plain nasty! I have had these experiences in the past (not here) and yeah, no bueno. Would I come back to this specific location? Yes, I would...for sure! I think I like it better than other locations around town. Peking Gardens usually have extensive menus so there will be something for everyone. I think they also offer lunch specials on weekdays. I think the food costs are pretty good overall. Most entrees won't cost more than $10. Check it out if you get a Chinese food craving.

DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS PLACE!!! Order food for delivery and after 2 hours waiting for our food, we called the restaurant. Manager was quite rude and said food was on the way. Did not received it. Half an hour later the restaurant called to advise food was delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address. Manager got mad when we asked to cancel our order (mind you more than 2 hours late) and to refund our money. Had to escalate to be able to get a refund. I understand that things happen, but manager "Zaira" could have handled it in a better way. Will never order from this place again.

So dining in at most places is not recommended, so deliver is the way to go. I ordered the shrimp fried rice beef lo mein, and the sweet and sour chicken. Everything was good. No complaints. The lady said it would take and hour and it took exactly one hour. Price was $31 and fed my family of four.

During the covid19 era Chinese pickings are slim. I am pleasantly glad I chose this place. The service was fast and $0 delivery fee was nice. Food was hot and delicious. The Bao Bao surprise was a delight because I expected some sort of steamed bun with protein. To our surprise we received four fried chicken wings, four Korean steak skewers, four shrimp sweet n sour balls, and four beef wontons. Everything looked as though it was prepared with care and I felt at ease with everything. All the other entrees were delectable and enjoyable. Thank you Peking Garden. Happy Easter!

Service was horrible along with the wonton soup but Food was alright. The waitress was not professional at all. The customer that came after us got their food immediately. The waitress didn't want anyone in the restaurant before closing. She mentions we close at 9:30pm like she wanted us out by 9:30 and we were there at 8:45. We didn't get our food like 9ish. Not recommended.

All Peking Gardens are not the same, like someone has already mentioned. This one is pretty good but not the best. Sesame chicken is delicious. Egg drop soup was also very good. Got the lunch special, the egg roll was a little too crispy and actually had very little filling. The fried rice could've been better, it lacked flavor. Service was good, had an order to go.

I got the house fried rice- it was so good! Full of flavor it had the egg included the way I love fried rice. I ordered it for pick up, they do require a mask to go in

Sadly I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The minute you enter the door there are red flags. The establishment is very dirty, filthy windows and carpets, unclean tables everywhere. The food was not good at all. Salty, bad ingredients and just cooked poorly.

Food took almost an hour to be delivered and I paid extra for 16oz of sweet and sour sauce and didn't receive any. Once I called back they said they would send it right out. After another 45 minutes I tried to call back several times and no one answered the phone. We have ordered from them for years, but we will be looking for another Chinese restaurant!

Food is good service sucks they answer the phone and leave you on hold you try to call back and the the lines are busy really we walked in and they are all standing around with hardly anyone on the restaurant.. management should be aware we are going to find a new place...
