This place is the only shop I'll go to in El Paso. I know it's a performance shop but when you come in with just run of the mill stuff, it's so easy for them to just get it done. And they know so much about cars. The atmosphere is awesome. As a girl who knows nothing about cars, they never tried to rip me off. Always a fair price and always very transparent about what issues they were running into.

I found this place on yelp and they had good reviews, were fairly close to my house and answered the phone right away. So I gave them a shot. I needed them to check my rear differential and my engine. They did that in a timely manner and took the time afterwards to really explain to me what was going on. They were reasonable too. Another plus: this company is veteran owned. Definitely recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in Monday morning and found 1 employee on the phone. He wasn't wearing a mask and didn't even acknowledge me. Waited a few minutes and two more employees walked in. Both were not wearing a mask. Again ignored me and walked to the back.Awful customer service. Obviously not following covid rules.

Let me start off by saying that Patterson Performance has truly shown that there are people out there that take pride in their work and deliver. My husband and I live in the Permian Basin, and to say that the quality of automotive service out here is generally terrible, would be an understatement My husband and I own a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution that we purchased late May 2015 with 13 miles. At just over 8,500 miles, the car needed a new clutch. We took the car to Mitsubishi of Midland, and immediately realized we made a mistake taking it there. It took them over a month to put the clutch in. When we finally got it home, the car was leaking tranny fluid. We found out about Patterson Performance on Facebook. I gave them a call on Tuesday March 8th to see about availability, and I actually spoke to Rigo. Now, speaking to the person in charge is actually something I could never accomplish when trying to communicate with the businesses in our area. My husband rented a trailer, and drove to El Paso Thursday Mar. 10th close to about noon. Once he arrived to Patterson Performance, they immediately helped him unload the car, and had a car-lift ready and waiting. Patterson Performance corrected the leak, replaced the tranny fluid, and installed some aftermarket injectors and fuel pump. My husband and I now finally can rest assured that the car is taken car of. We have nothing but confidence and appreciation for the excellent work Patterson Performance has done. They took the time to go above and beyond our expectations. After years of having problems with sub-par service being done on our vehicles, we have finally found a place that we trust completely. You will not believe the relief. ANYTIME that we need to have work done on our Evo, regardless of how minimal or intense the job, we will definitely be taking it out to El Paso instead. My apologies for the novel. If you take anything from this long, long review, let it be this -- You will not regret taking your car out to Patterson Performance. They have an excellent group of guys that are passionate about what they do, and it clearly shows in their job performance. I cannot say "Thank You" enough. I will spread the word to everyone else in our area...Make the trip, you will NOT regret it!
