Mr. Parra was a good man. Besides the business side. May he RIP. But i would not recommend this firm at all. The people who work there are rude, never answer your calls or text messages. I paid close to 4K for a family issues (haven't seen my daughter in 5 years)And nothing was resolved. I was told it was my fault since I let time "go by." During that whole time only 1 court was done and it was rescheduled (which never really was) time went by (more than a year) and I was trying to force my visitation rights. During that whole time it was the firms responsibility to do their job NOT wait on me. They said the money went to other things and "retainer" which is bs cuz nothing ever happened. Last year I was already kind of frustrated with them as they wanted to charge me more since time had passed by. To my understanding, you pay an attorney for THE CASE hired to do. That was the agreement. If time goes by and they don't do anything but try and blame me for the delays then you're not doing your job. So I basically got stolen close to $4,000. I am currently talking with the state bar to see what actions I can take. After Mr. Parras passing my case was sent to some attorney female Yańez. And she wanted to charge me again for the case as well. She was even more rude when I had told her this issue. Basically I'm screwed, gotta pay another $4,000 if I want to go ahead with the case (again). It's really unprofessional, I just wish I knew how they conducted business before I hired them. Would not recommend at all!!! Unless you want your money stolen.

Mr. Parra is the most qualified person in terms of experience and knowledge that can be seen in these cases. Mr. Parra knows his job very well and understands how difficult it is to have Aggravated family charges talking about supporting you at all times and never backing down or refusing to help you clarify that you are unjustly in jail!! And legally prove that it is not all The time Our fault and that you can always and have the opportunity to prove and take care your kids like in the beginning , muchísimas gracias Mr parra .. really really thank you for never regret.. thank you for helping me coming back with my daughter and my son ... And thank you for giving me the opportunity to show everyone the beautiful is all the privilege is stay out side from Jail and how much is the biggest chance to go and do the best person we are!!! Victor Parra is the most unprofessional attorney in El Paso. He will never fight for you, all he wants is the money he requests for his horrible representation. Please don't be fooled as I was, and don't waste your hard-earned money.. He doesn't care about good representation.
