Park Place Apartments

This place is an absolute dump. The grounds are completely unkept and they never respond to or complete service requests. Absolute scam artists, do not move here--literally try anywhere else.

At first I was excited to live here got a great vibe from the property managers. However what sealed the deal for me on not renewing my lease was the price of the apartments given they don't come with an A/C unit(place uses swamp coolers), if you don't already own your own washer/dryer your at the mercy of using there last which per load is a bit overpriced . But alas the biggest pet peeve I had was the over abundance of bird feathers in my air vents which come to find out was an issue previously that I discovered from a past tenant here. Not a bad place to live if your in college a single person(maybe) or a person who doesn't mind overpaying for an apartment. Great staff though.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst apartment complex anyone could ever move into. If you enjoy hot running and CLEAR water then this place is NOT for you. I've lived her almost a year and the water has been shut off numerous times. However just in the month of May it was shut off SEVEN times. When it is on the water is either brown or just cold. The air conditioners were just turned on the first week of June so many of us had to deal with hot unbearable apartments. To top it off I have birds in my vents they've done NOTHING about. Place is bird central so hope you enjoy constantly having bird poop on your car. For 685 a month for a 2 bedroom you can find MUCH much better.
