It used to be the food was great! Today, I went by for a green chile pozole. It was watered down and tasteless. I was also overcharged. I felt it was a bit much when the older man said $13. It was even $13 at that. I paid cash and still left a tip in his jar for a to go order. The quality has really gone down. I checked the menu online just now for the pricing, and it clearly states $8. How was it that it went up by $5 within seconds. Sad. The only nice thing about it was that it was doggie friendly. I was able to take my doggie in with me while I picked up my order.

If you're looking for an authentic Mexican breakfast experience that will leave your tastebuds wanting to eat more than your fill, then this is the spot. I ordered the chilaquiles with the verde sauce per the server's recommendation and my boyfriend ordered the red pozole. Both of these dishes were rich and packed with flavor and some of the best preparations I've had of either dish. The restaurant had an authentic mom and pop vibe. Highly recommend.

This place is a True Gem. Every single dish we tried was filled with Bursting and original flavor. All the dishes have a home made taste. It was hard not to order every plate. Truly Delicious. Would recommend 100%. I will definitely keep coming back every time I'm in town.

First time here with my honey; I had green chilaquiles with eggs and refried beans.. the sauce is amazing, the eggs were perfectly cooked. To drink I had a limon-pepino agua fresca. They make the aguas fresh to the order! You get a pitcher for $3.5... Plus the customer service was great!!! I'm beyond satisfied with this restaurant!

Fantastic Mexican and healthy fresh homemade juices from the juice bar! Juices are served by the jug. Small and modest but great food.Served by friendly owner. Sirloin tacos Carne asada, nice!

I love this place, I live right around the corner and have been here often. The menudo has saved my morning routine more than once and the juices are not squeezed but whole fruit ground up with all the health benefits of the whole plant or fruit. The food can be either really good or sometimes subpar but never bad! I hope this neighborhood restaurant stays open for awhile

The food here was such an unexpected treat! My husband had the divorced eggs and I can not remember the name of my dish, but both were amazing! Everything was so flavorful and the service was amazing. We will be sure to visit again next time we are in town as it was one of the best breakfast I have had in a very long time.

I saw this little restaurant had good reviews, so we'd thought we'd give it a try. Upon arriving, an elderly gentleman appeared to be the only one working there in the front, and one lady in the back. He shuffled around, and it took him a very long time to get around. Honestly it was painful to watch. The tables were all dirty. I didn't see anything wiped down the whole hour we were there. The food took a very long time to come out. We ordered the sopas and the enchiladas. I'm pregnant, so I ordered scrambled eggs with the meal. They came out sunny side up so I had to send them back. The sopas were soggy. The enchiladas were also soggy, and the green sauce was like an avocado sauce...? Not your typical enchilada sauce. We ate part of it to keep from hurting his feelings. The meal was $34. $7 agua fresca. I heard the microwave running in the back several times. I am not understanding the good reviews. I really hate to write a bad review about a small local restaurant, but this was terrible. I wish I would've been warned.
