Papa Tacho's

All other breakfast tacos in Austin are ruined for me now. If this place were in Austin, there would be a 2 hour wait to get in everyday. Top 5 best breakfast burrito I've ever had in my life. My husband finally believes me when I say Midland has the best Tex mex. Salsa is bomb, especially the red one! The tortillas!!! Papa Tacho's!!

Outstanding! My girlfriend and I got the sampler, extremely impressed. We split the plate both got full. Spicy but not too spicy. Service was on point. Waited maybe 5 minutes for our plate. Nice sized and clean dining area as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Nothing fancy, but it doesn't have to be fancy when the food is this good! In a converted gas station, this place is colorful & everything about it is authentic Mexican! You order at the counter & all the meals are served in to go containers. There's no waitress service. It is self serve. It's a very clean restaurant. The food has just the right amount of heat to it--very tasty!! I had the sampler plate & it was delicious! The flour tortilla was HUGE!! My husband ordered the Chiliaquiles & he loved it! You've gotta try this place! Very friendly & helpful staff! Food was served very quickly! You'll like it!

Yummy! Their food is delicious!! I've lived in Midland all my life and recently decided to stop and try their food! Omg! Their food is delicious and their service is outstanding!! Here's the warning though! Watch out for the red sauce as it can be a killer to some!

One of the best Mexican food in Midland. We ordered El Sampler, Chicken enchiladas, Carne Asada quesadilla, and Brisket Torta. The complimentary chips and salsa were delish!! The salsa had a kick and the flavoring was good! I couldn't stop eating it. But if you like it very spicy, ask for the red salsa! The sampler was okay in my opinion. The flavor was there but the meat was not tender. I came here for the Asado, and it didn't meet my expectation. But the flavor was good and the rice was yummy! The Chicken enchiladas were good! The server was very nice and let us try one red and two green enchiladas and I did like the green enchiladas more. Carne asada quesadilla was my favorite dish! It had a lot of flavor and was perfect! I would recommend this dish and will def be back for it. I'm not a brisket fan or Torta fan, but my friend liked this! I tried it and kudos for soft bread! All the Torta buns I've tried in Midland were dense, so I thought that was a plus!

I will NEVER EAT PAPA TACHOS AGAIN there is red stuff from some other unknown dish the tortilla was so old and tough I could not even take a bite I literally had to tear it apart so I paid 20$ for two nasty burritos obviously over priced as well

Stellar stellar burritos. A must stop for tacos, burritos and breakfast burritos. Everything prepared super fast with fresh ingredients!

Great breakfast burrito! Lots of meat with delicious flavor and a good size that kept us full for our road trip
