Papa Eric's Burgers

My family and I came in on a Friday evening around 6 PM. The restaurant has a large space with plenty of seating available for small and large parties. Despite it being a Friday night my party of 5 found seating right away. I can't say the restaurant was the cleanest, the floors and tables looked and felt very dirty. The young woman who took our order was kind, courteous and very patient (especially with my young nieces). I ordered a regular cheeseburger with an addition of bacon and a side of fries. The burger was okay, nothing amazing. I do appreciate melted cheese though and the cooking of the bacon--not too chewy and not too crispy. Fries were okay as well with a dash of salt added. Just "okay" is my opinion--if you want a basic burger at a decent price, this restaurant could fulfill your fix.

This place is the bomb. When I was younger this place was a 7 eleven gas station and I use to get Slurpee's from here during the summer. The service was very friendly and helpful. When we ordered, the food came out extremely quick and fresh. The food was so delicious!! I ordered the Andre burger and my goodness it's so good. The green chili sauce goes perfect with this burger. You can tell this place is where locals go. The prices were not expensive and very good portions for the price. I definitely recommend this place even though I don't live in El Paso anymore, I will be coming back when visiting.

I just tried this little burger place that's a hidden gem!! It has big ,juicy burgers! That come in so many different taste. I got the green chile bacon burger. With the best onion rings I've ever had. Next I'll have the mushroom Swiss burger and work my way around the menu. It was fast service. Friendly service. And the place is perfect size for an afternoon rush. Plenty of parking. I will be going again

We're regulars. Live 1 block away. Burgers always great old stole with tasty meat/ fixings. Don't recommend too go unless u live real close.

They have some some bomb a** burgers at a good price . Clean & spacious restaurant as well

The food was great and very tasty. So was the server. She was very attentive. But what was not great is it was very hot inside the restaurant. Apparently the A/C unit could not be turned on. It made the place very uncomfortable.

We ate at the Wedgwood location. the food was not too bad but as Iade my way to the restroom, I saw a small roach. I opened the door to the women's restroom and there were dozens of small roaches! it was disgusting! I will never eat there again!

We have always enjoyed Papa Eric's. Not sure what is going on lately, but tonight our service was awful and the food was mediocre. Not sure we'll be returning. They really need someone to "manage" the place.

Went in today at the Wedgwood location at 2 pm for a burger and onion rings had to leave at 3 pm because my order wasn't ready not very busy on one person waiting tables lost my afternoon without lunch

The food was amazing. So delicious, just what you expect a homemade burger to taste like. I highly recommend Papa Eric's burgers. The service was slow since they were short on staff but it was definitely worth the wait.
