The food was mediocre. We ordered the following: pancit plate, bbq plate, lechon kawali, sinigang and turon. All came with rice. The taste was not bad but could be better. The vegetables from sinigang was cabbage which is normally used for nilaga. The bbq was not bad. The portions of every meal doesn't justify the price. I think the turon was the highlight of our meal. It wasn't too sweet at all. Perfectly glazed with brown sugar. I give them props for making it fresh. We wanted to support our kababayans so we did. The service could be better if the lady would be more approachable. The only friendly staff there was there 2 year old kid. She was waving to everyone. It was hard to see the cleanliness of the truck but on one of the picture the cooking oil was visible from the outside. Running a food truck is hard but I'm hoping that next time we visit, they would improve their service and their quality of food. Still worth giving them a chance for our next visit.

Ai soos Maria! I'm so sorry but their food was not like any Filipino food that I have ever ate or made! I loved the Filipino ladies and their customer service but shame their food. I ordered the pancit and I was shocked to find it bland with no green onion, white onion, garlic, etc. only small pieces of cabbage and 3 slivers of carrots. The lumpia was the size of a pencil but the beef stick was the only thing that was good. Next time, I'll pass and look at another food truck.

If i could give 0 star that's what I would do. The two ladies working were extremely rude and unprofessional. One even laughed at me saying i looked like her neighbor and that we're both fat, the other one asked inappropriate questions like where i live, in an apartment or single house and what was my job.I ordered chicken adobo for my husband and caldereta for me, both combo. Not even the time to finish my meal and i was in the bathroom, so that makes me question the freshness of their food. Not satisfied with the taste of my meal neither as it tasted more like mechado than caldereta. Can't say nothing about the adobo other than my husband didn't like it (it's his favorite Filipino dish so he had it many times cooked my different people).

WARNING: We were coming from New Mexico and were excited to find a Filipino food truck. We attempted to find it but we were not allowed on the roads. As you can see, this joint has no definite address (as of the time of writing). We even called up and we were given an address that redirected us to Fort Bliss Military Base which would not allow non military entry. The one who answered the phone cannot even give us instructions how to get there. We were trying to find it using Garmin and Google Maps but to no avail. I hope by the time the owner reads this review, they make definite means to clarify their address and how to get to them.

Great food and pretty good customer service. But they are kinda slow if you are trying to rush back to work which is pretty inconvenient. Other than that i would definitely recommend this place.

Driving by on the west side and saw the food truck so fingered I'd give it a try. I ordered the BBQ combo which consists of 3 skewers, rice, and two lumpia. The BBQ had a really good flavor and the rice was actually good and moist, no dry like most I've eaten around El Paso. My wife ordered the pancit combo that includes two BBQ skewers and lumpia as well that also turned out pretty good.

Working an event at fort Bliss, the MWR staff brought us lunch from the Pancit Wagon. It was delicious! I haven't had Filipino food for several years; now I remember what I've been missing. The lumpia were perfect, not greasy or soggy. Great pancit & chicken skewers. I will seek the Pancit Wagon out during my next trip to El Paso!

Found this place on a Wednesday night at the boardwalk food truck park on Zaragoza. The place was dead and there were only 3 trucks. Never had Filipino food! Ordered the siopao steamed bun and the steak, both full meals served with lumpia, rice with the steak and noodles with the bun. We were impressed with the huge flavors in the food. This truck made us Filipino food fans

Save your money, folks. The food here is not as good as they make it out to be. I've eaten here 3 times already and each time there has always been something that they disappoint on. Lechon Kawali: I asked them how it was made and they said that they pre-fry the pork belly. Then when someone orders it, they just reheat it by frying it again. Do you know what happens to food, especially food with a lot of fat in it after you fry, let cool, then fry again? It gets chewy, like rubber. The skin wasn't even crispy, it was like biting into beef jerky and the fat completely disintegrated and stuck to your teeth. It was absolutely disgusting. Turon: I ordered turon during an event on Fort Bliss. Their menu clearly states $5 for 3 of them. I got 1 normal sized one, and 1 half the size of the first one. When I complained I was told that the owner specifically said "During events, we only give 2 per order." That was very upsetting. Not only did that policy not reflect on their menu prices, but $2.50 for each lumpia is insane. It wasn't even good. I've been making banana lumpia for years, it's crispy, and light when you don't let it sit in tepid oil for a long time. Nothing in it is raw, it shouldn't take long to fry. Chicken Pancit: It was very bland. I mean, noodles are noodles, you can't go wrong with the cook, but there was no flavor. This was a weird dish, though. I had bits of chicken breast that was sautéed which was what I expected. Then I had a chicken leg bone and wing that was hidden under all the noodles, and part of the chicken was completely burned. I mean....BLACK BURNED. Chicken leg didn't have any meat on it--it was literally just the boney leg.Halo Halo: Their halo halo is not authentic. Halo halo is made with red bean, coconut jelly, shaved ice, shredded coconut, evaporated milk, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, Ube. Ube is the base of all good filipino halo halo. I've had some where other ingredients are added like jack fruit or durian; but there was always Ube. Pancit Wagon served halo halo with some jelly, evaporated milk and what looked like a cherry slushy for the base. No bueno. The only redeeming thing about this place is the lumpia. It's not bad. I'd prefer Vietnamese eggrolls which are thicker and have more filling.
