Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Tripitas tacos were good but very small tacos and not filled very well either. The deshebrada burrito (brisket) was just a tortilla with meat and nothing else. Very small and not much flavor in the meat but decent texture Ambience: n/a - taco truck so ordered food to go. Located in front of an auto store with two tables under some coveringService: 4/5 - friendly but not the fastest service especially compared to other food trucks we recently visited Value for price: 3/5 - reasonable price but not very filling as both of us had to get food elsewhere

Honestly this is my favorite food truck in town! The food is amazing all of the food too! And it's authentic! Haven't had Mexican food that's this good since my last trip to mexico and the prices are cheap for the amount of food really good food and not over priced like other food trucks in town, and the staff is amazing they are very helpful and very respectful with all my questions about the menu, I would give the food a 10/10 and the service a 10/10

So far just about everything is great off of this truck. The burritos can be a little small but the flavor is on point. You can always ask to rice and beans or other stuff besides meat in the burrito for a little extra. The Especial fries I feel are some of the best in town with four differences flavors of meat! The shrimp costras are definitely one of the main reasons why I stop at this spot all the time. There are still many more items I would like to try and will. They are on DoorDash for some mobile orders however personally I think it's super expensive this way. They do take cash and cards!

I had been meaning to stop at this food truck for some time. It always seems I am on the wrong side of the road to dash in for a bite. It's a food truck but it's always in this location. This review is for the tacos only. I'll be back to try more menu items because the tacos impressed me.You get 4 tacos to an order. Small street tacos with double tortilla, cilantro and onion. You can mix up the order with 2 and 2. I am a big lengua fan and it's hard to find it cooked properly. Here it is cooked properly. The menu is extensive. But get ya some really good food truck tacos!!

Paco's Tacos was a winner for sure. My wife had the barbacoa tacos and I ordered the Fortachon. Both were very delicious and I definitely recommend trying them. I'll be stopping by to try more menu items and will be getting the Fortachon again soon. It's a mix of asada, chorizo and cheese. My mouth is watering just thinking about those tacos. This is my favorite food truck in town now.

I stopped in at Paco's Tacos food truck today as I was kind of intrigued after checking the reviews. Here is what I found: the food truck is on a corner of Solano and Idaho. There is hardly any parking to speak of. A couple of picnic tables are present for those who wish to eat there and not take the food away. The menu is kind of eclectic...but mostly traditional Mexican as opposed to New Mex food. The prices are quite reasonable and you do get a good bit of food for the money. The folks running the operation were very pleasant and efficient. My food was ready and bagged up in about eight minutes. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and an al pastor burrito. The corn taco shells were not greasy and had a nice flavor. The meat was tender but a bit dry and the flavor was so-so. The consome was a bit weak and flavorless. The consome rates about a B- but the tacos themselves a B to B+. These were clearly not the best quesabirria tacos around town but they were pretty good. Worth the money. The al pastor burrito was a little different in that the tortilla was warmed on the grill and was a bit crispy. This gave the tortilla a nice flavor. The al pastor itself was a bit dry (like the taco meat) but tender and with a good flavor. The burrito was a little under-sized, but it was pretty much all meat with no cheap fillers, i.e., beans or rice or potato. . Rate the burrito a B. It was good but not exceptional. Again, it was well worth the $6.00 cost. Rate the overall dining experience...since there hardly is one...about three stars, but the food quality is closer to THREE-AND-THREE-QUARTER STARS...meaning well above average. If you are looking at takeout, give it a try.

I've gone twice so far, amazing food with flavor and well prepared! Rice and beans always hit the spot there too and the staff is fast and polite! For sure going to try the whole menu, big selection too if you're a picky eater!

I don't know if it was because it was 45 mins before they close, but the beans and rice were not cooked properly. Same goes with the tacos- the tortillas felt like they were just left over and heated up in a microwave.

food is hands down so great!! the birria tacos are to DIE for and they provide so much of the chili sauce, its delicious. i will say its a bit pricey but i guess its reasonable for how good they are and since its such a smaller business. the only problem is that the parking is horrible! the parking ONLY fits around 4-5 cars which is quite annoying but AGAIN its sort of worth it because of how good it is!
