We needed the services of a notary, and this was the place to have that done, on the spot! Wow! We walked in, and we're taken care of. We also needed to have the documents shipped out overnight, and had that done as well. The staff is very friendly and followed safety protocols by wearing masks. They have a fax and copy machine on hand, as well as a pc, all for a nominal fee. If your hungry or thirsty, they have snacks and water as well.

This place is the best! I had to use them for fingerprinting and they were able to send the prints right then and there! Saved me so much time not having to go to the post office. As an extra bonus, they were able to mail out the UPS boxes I had been driving around with for a week that I hadn't had time to take to UPS. It was a one stop shop for everything. They truly made my day! Chris and Paul are also the best with customer service. I made a mistake with my shipping and they corrected it over the phone after I left to ease my worries. Best service in El Paso! Highly recommend.

I had to stop here to get an order and Michelle did an excellent job handling my order. She is nice and really provides great service to her customers. I highly recommend anyone who needs to mail items, supplies or get fingerprints, this is the place to go to.

I always used Pack and Ship; after I retired, I needed access to office machines, and Pack and Ship was my go-to location. Additionally, all notary services, certified, and registered mail was available, too. I will secure a PO Box upon my return to the area; a physical address and freedom from 'porch pirate' concerns would be helpful for me. In times of pandemic safety considerations, all precautions and procedures were unfailingly followed, which was comforting, but not surprising. Attention to detail would describe every service provided to me at Pack and Ship.
