Never have tried any I their audio or wheels services. So my stars have nothing to do with that. But I have been twice to get the car washed and cleaned.. Inside and out. Dudes do a crazy good job. I'm very impressed. I'm a dude that likes to have his car very clean at all times, but never have the time or freakin quarters to do it myself. I drop my car off here usually around lunch and always it's ready to pick up by COB. The price I've been charged both times was $50. But the quality of work that was done, it's well worth it. Outside was hand washed and hand dried. Tires shined like they were still wet. Windows; not a smudge on them. Interior was thoroughly vacuumed and dusted. Then lightly armor-all'd. You know, enough so that it looked clean and shiny, but not so much that I'm wearing the armor all for a week lol. Their inventory looks huge as far as wheels and car stereo equipment goes... But I'm not in that market.. I already got a aftermarket head unit, Bluetooth phone thing, all speakers (stock) replaced with aftermarket kenwood, sub/amp in the back... So I'm good... But what I don't have, is a clean care because El Paso dirties your car like daily.. So these dudes hook it up. And I love it. Stop messing around with drive through washes and stop putting fancy rims on some sedan and driving around like it ain't been washed since you bought it used back in 2009.... Go to this place, and get it cleaned and looking right. Then you can park at the front of the club this weekend for NYE instead of the side lot... Das it Mayne

Phone disconnected, location closed. Haven't been here in five years, they used to do an amazing detailing and tinting job. Had great prices and super fast service. Now I've got to figure out where to go to get the same quality.

This place lies without even batting an eye. They told us on the phone that we could bring a vehicle in without an appointment to get running boards (bought at the same store) installed, and when we arrived at the time we were told to bring it in the boss turned us away and told us "we'll call today if we're available." We made other plans around the installation and I work throughout the day, so this place lies to us and basically screwed our entire day because of it. We are a two car family and work on opposite sides of post, and made plans to have one vehicle in the shop for the day while we were at work, and because of that we are having to readjust our plans to accommodate a shop that lied to us about the completion and drop off times of the vehicle. To top it off, they've added "no refunds or store credit on parts or labor" to their receipts meaning they can rip people off and not have to refund them, and can keep the customers money regardless if they got what they paid for or not.

Brought my Jeep here to get tinted and they happen to do a very good job. The install was neat and done professionally as promised. The owner took the time to explain my warranty and walked me through the process. I paid about 90 bucks for the front 2 windows. They also installed the side steps for a very good price (199) labor included. He has an arrangement of things to suit your vehicle it's all about what you prefer. There were a couple of items I felt were over priced when I found them for cheaper on amazon or somewhere else in El Paso. But my experience here was very good and they took care of my vehicle.

This place is straight trash. While in the field my wife decided to surprise me and get my truck re tinted. She turned the truck in Monday, and it is now Thursday and they have horribly installed and reinstalled tinit on it twice. My wife returns there today to pickup my truck bc they say its done and you can see they did even clean the windows prior to installing the tint. My wife asks if the installer did the whole truck and he originally told her yes, when she went and looked he said he only did two windows. Sorry, this place is trash and I see why the reviews are bad and not just at this location. $250 bucks for tint, wow!

Was looking to have these guys do my window tinting. On their page they have a Yelp deal $199 for $259. Called to make sure that that applied too window tinting as Yelp deals are supposed to apply to services. The lady I talked to decided to tell me that this Yelp page wasn't theirs and they won't accept the yelp deal. Managed to confirm that this page is theirs. Their employees just don't know about whats going on. Needless to say. Going somewhere else. Contacted Yelp support about it. They said they would talk to them to ensure they understand how Yelp deals work. So hopefully they don't screw people around in the future.

I brought in a '12 LR Range Rover Sport for the front window to get tinted. I paid $97 after the $10 off coupon. The job was great and they even put a little sticker on the window buttons. Couple months later I brought in a '12 MB ML350 and I paid $107 after the $10 off coupon. The ML have smaller windows than the LR and raised the price so they can make up for the $10 which doesn't make sense to bother even putting the coupons out there since they know people are using it. On top of that the job was really sloppy and it caused my window buttons to stop working because they didn't bother wiping it down. Water dripped in my buttons and caused it to malfunction. I took it to the dealership and had it replaced under warranty. I called and went back to that placed and told them about the issue. In no way I was going to have them fix the switches.

I have had two transactions with this company. The first was okay, I had windows tinted and a couple of speakers replaced. The windows look great and the speaker install was fine. However, the transaction, setting up appointments, and just basic customer service was m'eh. Which brings me to my second encounter, I wanted to replace my generic stereo and add a low profile sub to improve my overall sound system. He didn't have the sub on-hand and had to order it. I paid for everything and came back two days later to have the system installed; however, they had sold the sub the day before to someone else. The owner stated it wasn't his fault one of his employees sold it to someone else. Um, your the owner, your responsible for everything that happens in your business. I was upset and thought about just getting a refund and going somewhere else, but I gave them a second chance and scheduled as appointment four days later. He said he would call me when the speaker came in a following day. No phone call. Four days later comes and I arrive early for my appointment, but he has not received the speaker yet. Furious that I wasted my time, not once, but twice I asked for a refund. Two for being so disorganized and wasting my time. No offer to reduce the transaction to keep my business. I was happy about receiving a full refund without any issue and the tinting I had done looks good.

Do not waste your time and money with this location. They did work on my car starting 2 wks ago and they still can't get the job done correctly! I'm not the only dissatified customer because there was a Sgt Major with a Rover here that they also have been messing up for the past 3 months! All the workers don't have any communication with customer issues and nothing gets fixed correctly. The tint Guy knows what he is doing and is really nice but management fails on common sense. This is unacceptable for any company!

Just had two of my windows tinted at Pacific Audio & Tinting. This is actually my second time to this business. The first time was back in 2010, when they had a shop on the Biggs Airfield side, which no longer exists. Their permanent shop is now located a couple a streets over from Freedom Crossing, making accessibility that much better. The store itself is comprised of one building, not one of those large tents you sometimes see. The maintenance side is huge where the installation takes place, along with the main showroom floor that has various amounts of different audio, car alarms, and truck accessories to the consumer. In addition, there is one show car parked inside, which is a marvel to look at. There are two couches for people to use, while waiting for work to be done. I did meet a gentleman by the name of Hawk, really nice guy and personable. He gave me valuable advice on my vehicles navigation system and on a side note, he's also former US Army too. Lastly, this business does provide a detailing service as well. I highly recommend Pacific Audio & Tinting, especially to those, who work and live aboard Ft. Bliss.
