Outdoor adventures is a great place to get a bike. It is pricey but they do have top quality bikes. Went there to get my bike maintenance and to get my tire fix. I also got a new helmet for my daughter. I love the customer service and their very honest. Definitely a place to check out.

The guys that work here are super nice. Even during the pandemic they met me at the door, helped me unload my bike and drag it into the store. It had been in storage for 2 years since we moved here and needed a good go over. They straightened a rim that had been damaged in the move, oiled up the chain real good and made sure the tires would hold air. Just basic stuff. $40 later I'm cruising on my cruiser around the neighborhood.I had lost the key to the security chain on it and I had to find my own tool for them to cut that off (hence 4 stars and not 5).I am having them be on the look out for an adult tricycle for me. Absolutely buying from here.

Driving through town with 2 flat tries that needed repair (goat heads ). They got us in and out quickly and did not make fun of us for having eBikes. They were also patient and helpful with our newbie questions.

I have a recumbent trike and a Bosch e-assist motor that needed to be installed. I also had them replace the chain and rear wheel. They did a great job on the work, kept in contact during the procedure. Each person that works there are very friendly , honest and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had come in several times in the past few weeks looking at mountain bikes and the team answered every question. They are always super cool, helpful, and often answer questions that I didn't know I need to ask. This is my second bike that I have purchased at Outdoor Adventures and I wouldn't go anywhere else-worth every penny. Cheers!Note: The team is so cool, you will feel cooler just talking to them.

Got an amazing bike fitting from Pablo. He knows what to ask, when to ask it and I am so much more comfortable on my bike after this fitting. No up-sell or pressure when buying extras. Just a wonderful experience.

I had taken my e-bike to them to get a flat fixed on the rear tire, and to have the brakes adjusted on the rear tire. They replaced the tube and aired up both tires just fine, however the rear brakes were made *worse* than what I had before. Unfortunately, while I was test riding it to make sure it worked before I have work tomorrow (I need this bike for my commute to work), the seat tore off and I crashed, fortunately due to how slow I was going as I was just finishing the ride, I've only suffered a small scrape on my hand and some road rash on my arm. However, I'm dawdling on about that issue. The main issue is the brakes, they charged $12.50 for the brakes (their usual price for such an adjustment), and when I got the bike back, they were worse than before. They were literally so loose, braking was almost impossible during the ride, I had to exclusively use the front brake, which is, as we all know, stupid dangerous.I took the bike back to ask if they could some how fix the seat thing, knowing well that they wouldn't be able to, which is fair enough. They offered me the $12.50 store credit since there's no real use in readjusting the brakes on a broken bike, however I wonder: Would I have suffered the crash and would the seat have torn off if they got the job right and actually fixed the brakes? I've had the bike for the past year and I've always ridden it at the same seat height and whatnot, and throughout the year I haven't seen any wear and tear near where the part broke off.I continue to wonder how they even managed to ONLY make the brakes worse, and then just leave it like that? Like, I typically change my own flat tires because it's not too difficult to do, it's basically like a normal bike except you just gotta unplug the cable to the hub motor, however they upcharged $5 for labor due to "e-bikes being really different from normal bikes" (I had called prior to taking it in and asked and the person I spoke to didn't mention the added labor cost even though I made clear it was an e-bike).The main reason I took my bike to them instead of fixing the flat myself was to get the brakes fixed. They not only didn't fix the brakes, however made them worse. They didn't adjust the hand brake at all (which admittedly was rather loose due to my failed attempts at fixing the brakes myself). The handbrake goes all the way down to the bar, instead of the typical inch or so of leeway that you usually want to have. However, unlike before when I had some braking power and the lever is completely down, after the visit to the shop, the wheel easily moved. Literally. During my test ride, I was riding down a level street, only going about 10 mph (my bike has a LCD speedometer), then I stopped pedaling and using power and attempted to use my rear brake, and I just kept going! I had to slowly and carefully use my front brake to come to a complete stop so I could pull my bike aside and check on the brakes. Why did whoever adjusted the brakes think this was acceptable? I assume this is a 1-in-100000 event, considering their great amount of highly rated reviews, however unfortunately this has soured my experience with them and I do not plan on returning, despite the offered $12.50 in-store credit.

The staff at Outdoor Adventures goes above and beyond! Always personable, polite and caring. I was having flat tire issues (both tires twice in two weeks) and the staff was very helpful figuring out my issues. The tires were filled with flat tire slime to help prevent the flats but the tires were determined to go flat. The crew found my problems so I can ride. Thank you staff. Susie G

Passing through town and this place was recommended to us. I have a weird sized wheel, but they had the tubes I needed in stock along with a choice of lightweight or heavyweight so that was cool. Extra bonus points for super nice staff, which is unusual in the bicycle business. Thanks guys keep up the good work!
