Oscar's Transmissions & Auto Repair

I really thought this was the best place to bring my car to be repaired. I came in good faith. I read some these comments but there is alway one bad Apple in the basket. They worked on my car for almost two weeks supposedly they found nothing wrong with car so I took it for a second opinion to another great mechanic and they told me that Oscars Transmission stole my catalytic converter and put a cheap auto zone part in it. I went back to reclaim my $600 dollar piece out of my car. He instead of letting me talk to the guy to resolve this problem who worked on my car. He said prove it that we took your Cadillac converter. I told him my honest a nice mechanic told me and also said that's important to let the consumer know that that piece was replaced. Basically the owner lied to me that there was nothing wrong with the car. That is a lot of my for someone who is disabled. They took advantage of me because I am a women for what they did was a felony act ... I will see someone else to replace fix the part also make a report

Customer service is horrible, they promise you certain day and time to have vehicle ready and keep delaying the time and day. If you want business keep your customers happy and be honest. Will not be bringing my vehicles here ever again
