Impeccable installation! Compared to other estimators we were offered better products and beter warranties by Organ Mountain Solar! Our array is perfect for our needs and our electric bill is basically zero now! Our installation was seamless and perfect. Customer service was outstanding and continues to be great. They submitted our rebate to NM for us with just an e-signature needed from us. Also they provided the Federal form to us to make application easy for our federal tax rebate. Donald Wiklund our sales rep and the whole Organ Mountain Solar crew were always informative, on time and cordial. You will not find better!

Organ Mountain Solar and Electric installed a solar system on our home in November 2019. As a retired engineer, and after taking an NMSU workshop on residential solar energy, I was impressed by the professionalism of their team and their obvious expertise and experience. Donald Wiklund, our sales advisor, and Scott Burns, our project manager, and the whole installation team (led by Alex) were first rate. Communicated well and showed up on time, and took care of all the dealings with the city (inspections) and EPE (new meter).I only got one other quote before deciding on OMSE, mainly because I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. The other quote was more money for a less capable system. Since switching on the solar, all my electric bills (up through early June) have been negative! EPE paid me off with a check in April, and now I'm building up credit again. I may use more electricity than the solar generates when I run the AC full time in July, but I think any bills will be small.I highly recommend these guys to anyone considering getting a solar system.

Great company to work with. Every aspect of our solar installation was "as advertised" with no surprises. Good communication with company reps all along the way. Install crew came when they said they would, got right to work, were very professional and efficient. Had one, minor issue after install but was immediately taken care of and the system was up and running. Very impressed and would recommend Organ Mt Solar to anyone.

I wanted to upgrade my newly purchased older home to solar. The good news is that Organ Mountain Solar and Electric told me what they could do, would do AND lived up to their promises. They walked me through all processes every step of the way. Their installation was done sooner than initially promised and their paperwork for everything is thorough and complete. They were easy to communicate with and prompt to reply to all calls, texts and emails. I'm so glad to have met the friendly and informative employees at Organ Mountain Solar and Electric and recommend the company highly. The hardware they installed is top quality with a long-term warranty, too. They are local. They are loyal. And they are where they will be when they said they would be there.One of the reasons I wanted to post a review is the company I initially contracted with, Solcius, was incommunicado after the signature on the contract was dry, and NOTHING happened well past the deadlines they had established. I had to fire them and, interestingly, both salesmen called several months later to say they were with a different company, just in case I wanted to sign with a "better" company. So glad I had already signed on with Organ Mountain by then. Even with those delays, they had my panels installed, approved and online before the December 31 deadline for the 30 percent Federal Tax Credit.

TOTALLY a ripoff... NEVER use them .. Charged me 458.00 for (Service call)Was here 1.5 hours or less .. they also bill SolarEdge total they got for this job over 600.00....

Exceeded our expectations in quality of product and service. Staff are exception,from initial interview (Donald was very informative on the entire process-time line involved) to completion. Always up front on inspections required and time to get them. Electric company has owed us during this past heat way. Excellent value-great for the environment Highly recommended.

I hired Organ Mountain Solar & Electric to expand an existing system of 4 panels previously installed by Positive Energy in 2014. Since I had experienced no problem with the photovoltaic panels in the years since 2014, & Organ Mtn. was designated to continue my original 25 yr warranty by Positive Energy when they moved to Albuquerque, I chose this company due to reputation for integrity & competence. Organ Mtn. updated inverters on my older panels, updated electrical requirements, & installed another 12 panels, combining both systems effectively. Their staff was exceptionally reliable to contact for any questions; explained & graphed where panels would be installed & exactly what to expect from them; explained each step of installation clearly; & processed all paperwork for El Paso Electric approval, inspections, & state tax credits in a timely manner. Due to being in demand, they were backed up for quite a while, but were worth the wait, & once able to start, finished my project quickly. Since panels were operational effective June 1, my electric bill has only balanced out to credits, & I am confident my new 25 yr warranties will be honored. I recommend this company to anyone considering investing in a photovoltaic system.

The technical sales advisor, Donald, was friendly and knowledgable about the whole process. No high pressure sales pitch at all. The install team was prompt and friendly. They were very willing to paint the conduit to match the exterior of my home, as per HOA requirements. The administrative assistant, Ben, facilitated the state tax credit paperwork for me. This was quite helpful since I didn't want to have to navigate all that. They are the only company I spoke with that does this. They effectively described each part of the installation, mandated permit process, inspection wait time and El Paso Electric activation of the solar panel system timeline. This was truly "turn-key" process with their handling of the whole project. I was thrilled with the ease of the whole process. My system has the Enphase monitoring system which is user friendly through a mobil app or my computer. You can save yourself time and stress and go with OMS&E. I did my homework and got various estimates and after all the I went with Organ Mtn. I highly recommend this company!

If you need solar, there is no need to go anywhere else. Organ Mountain Solar & Electric rocks! Professional service from their team from start to finish. They ensure you are in good hands and they come through. They have highly talented staff at each level, from initial estimates to installation. In addition, they are local -- their staff is LC through and through (without the Land of Mañana attitude)! They do not advertise much, but if you take a look at their rating here, you immediately get an impression of just how excellent they are. And speaking for myself, they deserve it. If there was an option for 6 stars, I would be the first to click it!!

I watched Organ Mtn. Solar grow and install many of my neighbors systems. Five years of flawless customer service later, I bought my system from Organ Mtn Solar. From the initial call thru the finalized system install, the Organ Mtn Team communicated, informed and facilitated me thru the process. Professional and friendly, Technical and informative. Now, a few months after the install, we are 100% satisfied. Side note: I know several local Electric Co. employees. They all agree Organ Mtn is the only company they'd select to install a system on their home.
